基于能值法的河道生态基流价值及其年内时间变化研究

【摘要】:河道生态基流的价值是客观存在的,而生态基流价值的定量化研究却相对缺乏。基于此,将能值理论应用于生态基流的价值估算,通过分析河道生态基流的内涵及功能,确定生态基流的价值构成,进而得出生态基流的价值,并初步探讨生态基流价值的年内时间变化。以渭河西安段为对象进行了实例研究,结果表明:水体各服务功能的能值价值之和为93.40×1020 sej,能值货币价值为191.79亿元,单方水能值货币价值为8.75元,于是生态基流的能值货币价值为41.39亿元/年;2008年生态基流价值的年内变化总体呈现"U"字型,在9月、10月生态基流价值最小,处于波谷,11月开始上升,12月至次年1月、2月达到波峰,3月至8月呈波动下降趋势;总体上,生态基流的价值在汛期较小,在非汛期较大。
[Abstract]:The value of river ecological basic flow exists objectively, but the quantitative study of ecological basic flow value is relatively lacking. Based on this, the emergy theory is applied to estimate the value of ecological basic flow, and the connotation and function of river ecological basic flow are analyzed. The value composition of ecological basic flow is determined, and then the value of ecological base flow is obtained, and the year time variation of ecological basic flow value is preliminarily discussed. Taking Xi'an section of Weihe River as an example, the paper makes a case study. The results show that the sum of emergy value of each service function of water body is 93.40 脳 1020sej, the value of emergy currency is nineteen billion one hundred and seventy-nine million yuan, and the monetary value of unilateral water energy value is 8.75 yuan. Therefore, the emergy monetary value of ecological base flow is four billion one hundred and thirty-nine million yuan per year, and the annual variation of ecological base flow value in 2008 presents a "U" shape, and the value of ecological base flow is the smallest in September and October.
