公共投入主导下教育协调发展与经济增长的关系研究

【摘要】: 教育本身是复杂、多因素相互作用的开放系统,其协调发展具有全局性、关联性、综合性和实践性,对经济增长的影响具有多级递阶,多输入、多变量、多目标以及在时间、空间、数量上具有不均衡性。教育协调发展有效促进经济的增长,经济增长的质量与效果从根本上制约着教育的投入,影响教育的协调发展。本论文立足我国教育公共投入主导下有限投入约束的实际和经济发展现状,分别构建教育协调发展和经济增长两个指标体系,,描述教育协调发展和经济增长两个多因素相互作用的复杂过程,并针对教育发展与经济增长间关系特点,运用线性数据关系理论,建立评价两个体系内在关系的实用模型,最后以我国"九五"期间经济和教育的统计数据作实证计算,在定量分析演算结论的基础上,定性分析我国当前教育发展与经济增长的关系,提出相应政策建议。
[Abstract]:Education itself is an open system of complex, multi-factor interactions, its coordinated development is global, relevant, comprehensive and practical, and its impact on economic growth is multi-hierarchical, multi-input, multi-variable, multi-objective, and time-sensitive. The coordinated development of education can effectively promote economic growth, and the quality and effect of economic growth fundamentally restrict the input of education. This paper is based on the actual and economic development situation of limited investment under the guidance of public investment in education, and constructs two index systems of coordinated development of education and economic growth, respectively. This paper describes the complex process of the interaction between the coordinated development of education and economic growth. According to the characteristics of the relationship between educational development and economic growth, a practical model is established to evaluate the internal relations between the two systems by using the theory of linear data relations. Finally, based on the statistical data of economy and education during the Ninth Five-Year Plan period, and on the basis of the conclusion of quantitative analysis, this paper qualitatively analyzes the relationship between the development of education and economic growth in China, and puts forward corresponding policy suggestions.
