【摘要】：正组织经济学(organizational economics)是以博弈论和契约理论等为基础,理解各种组织的本质、边界、行为、绩效、设计及其变迁的一门学科。近三十多年来,组织行为一直是经济学研究的前沿领域和管理学研究的热门话题。中国改革开放推动了经济社会的巨大发展,为中外经济学者提供了丰富的研究素材和得天独厚的成长土壤。为推进中国的组织经济学研究与教学水平,并为中国的改革开放实践建言献策,依托中国人民大学企业与组织研究中心(CFOS),"中国组织经济学研讨会"
[Abstract]:Organizational economics is a discipline based on game theory and contract theory to understand the nature, boundaries, behavior, performance, design and changes of various organizations. Organizational behavior has always been a hot topic in the research of economics and management. China's reform and opening to the outside world has promoted the tremendous development of the economy and society.
