后发区域的产业引进研究

【摘要】： 在区域经济发展中,政府的招商引资活动实质上就是产业引进的竞争过程。在这一过程中,后发区域处于竞争中的弱势地位,引进产业、引进策略等出现同质化现象。后发区域如何在有关产业引进的竞争中谋求自身战略的实现成为迫切需要回答的问题。本文针对后发区域的产业引进问题进行了较为系统的分析。首先根据后发优势理论分析了后发区域的发展路径及产业引进的可行性,认为后发区域通过技术的引进与创新能够实现向先发区域的收敛;其次,结合后发优势理论、比较优势理论以及产业的生命周期理论提出后发区域适宜引进的产业应该是符合自身的资源禀赋结构,并处于成长期或成熟期阶段;再次,从外资区位选择研究出发,以波特的区域竞争力模型为基础,提出了基于产业引进的区域竞争力分析模型,并突出了有关广义资源禀赋的分析;在后发区域产业引进策略的分解过程中,结合适宜引进的产业及其特征和区域竞争力模型,详细分析了成本最小化策略、差异化策略以及目标集聚策略。本文最后还对宜兴市的产业引进作了实证分析,提出了该市适宜引进的产业及其可行的引进策略。
[Abstract]:In the development of regional economy, the government's activities of attracting investment are essentially the competitive process of industrial introduction. In this process, the late-developing regions are in a weak position in the competition and introduce industries. It is urgent to answer the question of how to seek the realization of its own strategy in the competition of industry introduction. This paper makes a systematic analysis on the problem of industrial introduction in the late-development region. Firstly, according to the theory of late-development advantage, the paper analyzes the development path and the feasibility of the industrial introduction in the late-development region. It is considered that the late-development region can converge to the first-mover region through the introduction and innovation of technology. Secondly, combining with the theory of late-development advantage, The theory of comparative advantage and the life cycle theory of industry suggest that the industry suitable for introduction in the late-development region should be in accordance with its own resource endowment structure, and be in the stage of growth or maturity. Thirdly, from the perspective of location choice of foreign capital, Based on Porter's regional competitiveness model, this paper puts forward a regional competitiveness analysis model based on industrial introduction, and highlights the analysis of generalized resource endowment. Combined with the suitable industry and its characteristics and regional competitiveness model, the paper analyzes the strategy of cost minimization, differentiation and target agglomeration in detail. Finally, the paper makes an empirical analysis on the industrial introduction of Yixing City, and puts forward the suitable industry and its feasible introduction strategy for Yixing City.
