面向区域创新系统的知识库形成路径研究

【摘要】：[目的 /意义]为提升区域创新系统的创新能力,促进区域科技资源整合,从知识管理视角出发,对面向区域创新系统的知识库形成路径展开研究。[方法 /过程]以区域创新系统理论和知识管理理论为基础,分析创新主体在区域知识库形成中的角色与作用,根据知识管理阶段解析区域知识库形成过程,从而实现创新知识由知识源到区域知识库的存储路径。[结果 /结论]为促进区域知识库形成,企业、高等院校和科研机构三者共同奠定知识基础,中介机构搭建扩散桥梁,政府提供政策扶持与市场知识。与此同时,区域知识库形成过程需要经历知识创造、知识扩散、知识编码与知识存储4个知识管理阶段。探究区域知识库的形成路径,对区域创新系统理论研究和实践发展都具有重要的作用。
[Abstract]:[objective / significance] in order to enhance the innovation ability of regional innovation system and promote the integration of regional scientific and technological resources, from the perspective of knowledge management, Based on the theory of regional innovation system and the theory of knowledge management, this paper analyzes the role and role of innovation agents in the formation of regional knowledge base. According to the knowledge management stage, the formation process of the regional knowledge base is analyzed, so as to realize the storage path of the innovation knowledge from the knowledge source to the regional knowledge base. [result / conclusion] in order to promote the formation of the regional knowledge base, the enterprise, Institutions of higher learning and scientific research institutions jointly lay the foundation of knowledge, intermediary organizations build bridges for proliferation, the government provides policy support and market knowledge. At the same time, the process of formation of regional knowledge base needs to undergo knowledge creation and knowledge diffusion. Knowledge coding and knowledge storage are four stages of knowledge management. Exploring the formation path of regional knowledge base plays an important role in the theoretical research and practical development of regional innovation system.
