基于社会网络分析的草原碳汇协同管理研究——以内蒙古地区调查数据为例

【摘要】:环境问题的逐渐严峻,使得草原碳汇的生态、经济、社会价值受到了越来越多的关注。随着社会的发展以及管理主体的多元化,草原碳汇单一的管理机制不再符合社会需求,社会力量的参与迫在眉睫。文中在国家自然科学基金的支持下,以内蒙古自治区为例,通过访谈、调研获得数据,运用协同管理理论和社会网络分析构建了一个基于内蒙古地区调查的内蒙古草原碳汇协同管理网络模型。利用社会网络分析工具对内蒙古草原碳汇协同管理活动参与主体之间的合作行为进行了量化分析,找出相互之间隐含的关系分布特点和规律,并对促进网络结构的优化以及提高我国草原碳汇协同管理效率提出相应的策略。根据分析结果发现:1)草原碳汇协同管理活动中的核心元素,不仅在网络中拥有重要地位且承担着网络大部分的信息传递以及交流。2)整个网络的连通性较弱。3)网络凝聚度弱。
[Abstract]:The environmental problems are becoming more and more serious, which makes the ecological, economic and social value of the grassland carbon sink receive more and more attention. With the development of the society and the diversification of the management body, the single management mechanism of the grassland carbon sink is no longer in line with the social needs. The participation of social forces is imminent. This paper, supported by the National Natural Science Foundation, takes Inner Mongolia Autonomous region as an example and obtains data through interviews, research and research. Based on the theory of cooperative management and social network analysis, a cooperative management network model of grassland carbon sinks in Inner Mongolia was established based on the investigation in Inner Mongolia. The cooperative management activities of grassland carbon sinks in Inner Mongolia were studied by using social network analysis tools. The cooperative behavior among the participants is analyzed quantitatively. To find out the distribution characteristics and laws of the implicit relationship between each other, It also puts forward the corresponding strategies to promote the optimization of network structure and improve the efficiency of cooperative management of grassland carbon sinks in China. According to the analysis results, it is found that the core elements in the cooperative management activities of grassland carbon sinks are: 1). It not only plays an important role in the network, but also takes on most of the information transmission and communication. 2) the connectivity of the whole network is weak. 3) the cohesion of the network is weak.
