区域产业竞争分析

【摘要】： 改革开放以来，我国区域产业竞争表现得十分突出，而且有愈演愈烈之势。随着我国买方市场的到来以及入世的逐步深入，加之当前我国产业“同构化”与“低度化”比较严重，区域产业竞争将会更加激烈，“区域产业竞争”的研究愈加显出其巨大的理论及现实意义。由于“区域产业竞争”分析横跨“区域经济学”、“产业经济学”、“竞争理论”等多学科领域，加之国内对此问题研究的较少，故此，对区域产业竞争的描述十分困难，而我国的区域产业竞争无疑更为复杂。找出区域产业竞争的进入、发展及其消亡的机制与过程，提出合理的区域产业发展的理论和措施，这就是区域产业竞争理论研究的一个重要原因。由于区域利益的存在，我国区域产业竞争异常激烈，找出我国区域产业竞争的问题，进而提出相关的政策及调整措施，这是区域产业竞争理论研究的另一个重要原因。在分析方法方面，本文借鉴了多学科的理论和方法，特别是博弈论的方法，并以简单的定量模型来解释较为复杂的经济现象，且注重理论与实际的结合，可以说，本文是对“区域产业竞争”分析的一种尝试，由于篇幅所限，本文的分析还不全面，有很多地方有待进一步研究。文章着重研究了区域产业竞争的进入、过程、合作与退出以及我国区域产业竞争的问题和对策，贯串一线的是区域利益。本文首先提出了“产业相关区域”的概念，进而分析了寡头竞争和垄断竞争这两种基本市场结构中的区域产业竞争。接着本文对区域产业竞争的进入策略、合作情况以及竞争退出等整个过程中的重点部分进行了研究，揭示了区域产业竞争的机理及其过程，得出了一些重要结论，如区域产业合作失败的“囚徒困境”、多数情况下区域产业合作会增加利润，且与产业相关区域内的主导企业的数量有关、在无规则约束与调控的情况下，区域产业竞争不能自然而然地实现社会最优等，并提出了一些产业竞争策略，，如产业竞争的产量价格及广告策略、进入壁垒的战略性设置等。本文的后一部分结合我国实际，通过过度生产的“公用地悲剧”、地方政府间的利益竞争、信息不对称等三个主要方面指出了当前我国区域产业间的竞争是无效率的，文章最后给出了我国区域产业有效竞争的机制设计，包括途径和对策等。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, China's regional industrial competition has been very prominent, and has become increasingly fierce. With the arrival of China's buyer's market and the gradual deepening of China's entry into the WTO, In addition, the "isomorphism" and "low degree" of Chinese industry are more serious at present, the regional industrial competition will be more intense, and the study of "regional industrial competition" has more and more great theoretical and practical significance. Because the analysis of "regional industrial competition" straddles "regional economics", "industrial economics", "competition theory" and so on, and the domestic research on this issue is less, it is very difficult to describe the regional industrial competition. The regional industrial competition in China is undoubtedly more complicated. To find out the mechanism and process of the entry, development and extinction of regional industrial competition, and to put forward the reasonable theory and measures of regional industrial development. This is an important reason for the study of the theory of regional industrial competition. Because of the existence of regional interests, the regional industrial competition in China is extremely fierce, the problems of regional industrial competition in China are found out, and the relevant policies and adjustment measures are put forward. This is another important reason for the study of regional industrial competition theory. In terms of analytical methods, this paper draws lessons from multidisciplinary theories and methods, especially game theory, and uses a simple quantitative model to explain more complex economic phenomena, and pays attention to the combination of theory and practice. This paper is an attempt to analyze "regional industrial competition". Due to space constraints, the analysis of this paper is not comprehensive, there are many areas to be further studied. This paper focuses on the entry, process, cooperation and withdrawal of regional industrial competition, and the problems and countermeasures of regional industrial competition in China. The first step of this paper is to put forward the concept of "industry-related region". Then it analyzes the regional industrial competition in the two basic market structures: oligopoly competition and monopoly competition. Then, this paper studies the entry strategy, cooperation situation and competitive withdrawal of regional industrial competition. This paper reveals the mechanism and process of regional industrial competition, and draws some important conclusions, such as the "prisoner's dilemma" of the failure of regional industrial cooperation, in most cases, regional industrial cooperation will increase profits. And it has something to do with the number of leading enterprises in industry-related areas. Without regulation and regulation, regional industrial competition can not naturally realize the social optimum, and puts forward some industrial competition strategies. For example, the production price and advertising strategy of industrial competition, the strategic setting of barriers to entry, etc. The latter part of this paper combines the reality of our country, through the "tragedy of public land" of overproduction, the interests competition among local governments, This paper points out that the competition among regional industries in our country is inefficient in three aspects such as information asymmetry. At last, the paper gives the design of effective competition mechanism of regional industry in our country, including the ways and countermeasures, etc.
