劳动力再生产的辩证认识与现实意义

【摘要】：劳动力价值是维持劳动力简单再生产的必要条件。劳动力作为劳动者的资本,而不仅仅是商品,才有可能实现劳动力的内含和外延的扩大再生产。马克思指出的重新建立的个人所有制是劳动力作为劳动者的资本的条件。现有的分配制度和混合所有制难以实现劳动力所有者的全面持股,需要通过深化经济体制改革,实现全体劳动力所有者持股,减少或挤出不劳动的资本所有者持股,建立马克思指出的以劳动为基础的个人所有制,劳动力成为资本的条件才能具备。劳动力作为劳动者的资本,能够有效发展劳动力的再生产,有利于缩小收入差距。
[Abstract]:The value of labor is a necessary condition for the maintenance of simple reproduction of labor. Labor is the capital of workers, not just commodities. Marx pointed out that the re-established individual ownership is the condition of labor force as the capital of the laborer. The existing distribution system and mixed ownership are difficult to be realized. The full ownership of the current workforce, It is necessary to deepen the reform of the economic system, to realize the ownership of all labor owners, to reduce or squeeze out the ownership of capital owners who are not working, and to establish the individual ownership based on labor as pointed out by Marx. The labor force, as the capital of the laborer, can effectively develop the reproduction of the labor force and narrow the income gap.
