破解区域产业转移粘性的价格治理体系研究

【摘要】：破解产业转移粘性,促进区域产业转移,是经济"新常态"下实现区域包容性发展的重要举措,也是推进国家治理体系和治理能力现代化的重要环节。而价格调控和价格监管等价格政策既是产业转移政策的重要内容,又是国家治理的重要组成部分。要充分发挥价格工作在促进区域产业转移中的重要作用,实现从价格管理向价格治理转变,明确价格治理的主体、客体和方式等基本内容,构建价格治理体系的基本框架,实现价格治理体系和治理能力的现代化,为区域产业转移创建良好的价格环境。
[Abstract]:Breaking the stickiness of industrial transfer and promoting regional industrial transfer are important measures to realize regional inclusive development under the "new normal" of economy. It is also an important link in promoting the modernization of the national governance system and governance capacity. And price policies, such as price control and price supervision, are an important part of the industrial transfer policy. It is also an important part of national governance. It is necessary to give full play to the important role of price work in promoting regional industrial transfer, to realize the transition from price management to price governance, and to clarify the main body, object and method of price governance. Constructing the basic framework of price governance system, realizing the modernization of price governance system and governance ability, creating a good price environment for regional industrial transfer.
