知识型项目沟通与项目绩效关系研究

【摘要】:当今时代是知识经济的时代,知识创新是企业核心竞争力的来源,以知识创造活动为主体的知识型项目组织及活动也成为各界关注得焦点。知识型项目整体效率低下,工期拖延、成本超期、质量不高、创新性不足等特点表现明显。很多的研究咨询表明知识型项目绩效低下的原因往往不是由于其技术能力不行,而是管理这些软实力有待改善。也就是人的因素在其中占有了重大的比重。而这其中沟通不畅被认为是知识型项目绩效差的头号源头。 对沟通的重视可以追溯到Dale(1959),他当时提出了“沟通满意度”的概念,认为员工对组织的沟通满意度会对组织的整体绩效产生显著的影响,之后陆陆续续有很多的学者做了更为深入的研究,都证实了组织沟通与组织绩效之间密不可分的关系。知识型项目作为一种特殊的组织形式,有自己的一些特点,比如产出带有模糊性、成员具有专业性等,那么项目的沟通对项目的绩效又有多大的影响?这是我们需要研究的。 本文通过对知识型项目沟通这个抽象的看不见的软因素进行剖析,研究它如何影响项目的绩效,以及影响程度如何,并通过对项目的类别、团队规模等干扰分析,证实这是所有知识型项目的共性问题。本研究以阅读文献和访谈调研为基础,构建了知识型项目沟通与绩效的测量量表,通过问卷发放、回收和数据分析来探索知识型项目沟通与绩效之间的影响关系和影响程度。最后得到如下结论: (1)知识型项目沟通和项目绩效的内涵有别于普通项目,有自己的特色; (2)知识型项目沟通各因子中信息流动、反馈以及沟通频率对项目显性绩效及项目隐性绩效有显著的正向影响,需求明确度与非正式沟通只对项目隐性绩效有显著正向影响,目标明确度和参与氛围与项目绩效两方面影响性不明显。 (3)项目的类别、团队规模等对项目的沟通与绩效之间没有明显的干扰作用,企业的规模、性质以及个人的基本信息对项目的沟通与绩效没有明显的干扰作用。
[Abstract]:Today is the era of knowledge economy, knowledge innovation is the source of the core competitiveness of enterprises. The organization and activities of knowledge-based projects with knowledge creation activities as the main body have also become the focus of attention from all walks of life. The overall efficiency of knowledge-based projects is low. The characteristics of time delay, late cost, low quality, insufficient innovation and so on are obvious. A lot of research and consultation show that the reason for the low performance of knowledge projects is often not due to their poor technical ability. But management of these soft power needs to be improved. That is, the human factor accounts for a significant proportion of this, in which poor communication is considered the number one source of poor performance for knowledge-based projects. The emphasis on communication can be traced back to Dalehn 1959. he put forward the concept of "communication satisfaction," and believed that employee satisfaction with the organization would have a significant impact on the overall performance of the organization. After that, many scholars have done more in-depth research, all of which confirm the inextricable relationship between organizational communication and organizational performance. As a special form of organization, knowledge-based projects have their own characteristics. For example, if the output is vague and the members are professional, how much impact will the communication of the project have on the performance of the project? This is what we need to study. By analyzing the abstract invisible soft factor of knowledge project communication, this paper studies how it affects the performance of the project and how it affects the degree of influence, and through the interference analysis of project category, team size, etc. It is proved that this is the common problem of all knowledge projects. Based on the reading of literature and interview and investigation, the paper constructs a questionnaire to measure the communication and performance of knowledge projects, and distributes it through questionnaires. Recovery and data analysis are used to explore the impact and degree of impact between communication and performance in knowledge-based projects. Finally, the following conclusions are drawn:. 1) the connotation of knowledge project communication and project performance is different from that of ordinary project and has its own characteristics; 2) the information flow, feedback and communication frequency have significant positive effects on the explicit and recessive performance of the project, while the degree of requirement clarity and informal communication only have a significant positive impact on the implicit performance of the project. Objective clarity and participation climate and project performance are not significant. 3) there is no obvious interference between project communication and performance by project category and team size, and there is no obvious interference between project communication and performance by enterprise scale, nature and individual basic information.
