略论《资本论》的当代价值与习近平的理论创新

【摘要】：发展社会主义市场经济的实践迫切需要构建中国特色社会主义政治经济学,在理论和实践上解决两大问题:一是怎样在市场经济中坚持社会主义方向,二是怎样用社会主义优越性把在资本主义条件下无法持续的市场经济改造成可持续发展的经济运行方式。在《资本论》的指导下,习近平总书记的理论创新已经在多个方面开拓了政治经济学新境界。在宏观管理方面,坚决扭转资本脱实向虚的趋势。在改革思路上,提出了史无前例的供给侧结构性改革的构想。使市场在资源配置中起决定性作用和更好发挥政府作用,创造性地解决了政府与市场关系的问题。
[Abstract]:The practice of developing socialist market economy urgently needs to construct socialist political economy with Chinese characteristics, and solve two major problems in theory and practice: first, how to adhere to the socialist direction in the market economy, Second, how to use the superiority of socialism to transform the unsustainable market economy under capitalist conditions into a mode of economic operation for sustainable development. Under the guidance of "Capital", General Secretary Xi Jinping's theoretical innovation has opened up a new realm of political economy in many aspects. In macro management, he has resolutely reversed the trend of capital deviation from reality to falsehood. In terms of reform thinking, This paper puts forward the conception of the unprecedented supply-side structural reform, which makes the market play a decisive role in the allocation of resources and give better play to the role of the government, and creatively solves the problem of the relationship between the government and the market.
