现代产业组织模式研究

【摘要】：现代科学技术的发展，，特别是信息技术的发展正导致现代产业生产方式和组织方式的变革与发展，近一、二十年来，在现代企业间出现了一些新的合作组织模式，有代表性的主要有动态联盟组织、供应链组织、产业集群组织以及网络组织等模式。而现有的对企业间新出现的合作组织模式的研究主要来自于企业组织研究领域，并且对模式研究的范围主要局限于上述四种有代表性的模式。本文认为企业间的合作组织是突破了企业组织边界的组织，属于产业组织的范畴，因而现代企业间新出现的合作组织模式属于现代产业组织模式。因此对现代企业间合作组织模式的研究，不仅要从其演化的源头企业组织来研究，而且还有必要从产业组织范畴的角度来研究。此外，除了深入研究上述四种有代表性的组织模式外，还有必要继续探索、研究现已存在的企业间其他新的合作组织模式。为完成上述研究目的，本文首先对现代产业组织模式的理论基础——产业组织理论进行了综述，并就国内外对现代产业组织模式研究的现状进行了归纳，阐述了现有研究成果的特点并对这些特点进行了分析和解释，指出了现有研究存在的局限性，提出了本文对现代产业组织模式研究的具体方向和内容。其次，本文对现代企业间新出现的上述有代表性的四种模式从产业组织的角度分别进行了梳理和研究。并对这些模式进行了横向比较分析，以了解和把握这些模式的区别和联系。在对现代产业组织有代表性的模式进行分别研究和横向比较的基础上，本文对现代产业组织模式的内涵和本质特征进行了归纳、总结。最后，本文通过对一个实例中存在的企业间新的生产经营模式现象进行分析和理论提炼，提出了一种新的产业组织模式——产业平台组织模式，并对该模式进行了基本体系的构建和分析。
[Abstract]:The development of modern science and technology, especially the development of information technology, is leading to the transformation and development of modern industrial production mode and organization mode. In the past 10 or 20 years, some new cooperative organization models have emerged among modern enterprises. The representative ones are dynamic alliance organization, supply chain organization, industrial cluster organization and network organization, etc. The existing research on the emerging cooperative organization model among enterprises mainly comes from the research field of enterprise organization. And the scope of the model research is mainly limited to the above four representative models. This paper thinks that the cooperative organization among enterprises is the organization that breaks through the boundary of enterprise organization, and belongs to the category of industrial organization. Therefore, the new cooperative organization mode among modern enterprises belongs to the modern industrial organization mode. Therefore, the research on the cooperative organization mode among modern enterprises should not only be studied from the source of its evolution, but also from the source enterprise organization. Moreover, it is necessary to study from the perspective of industrial organization category. In addition to the in-depth study of the above four representative organizational models, it is also necessary to continue to explore and study other existing new cooperative organization models among enterprises. In order to accomplish the above research purpose, this paper firstly summarizes the theoretical basis of modern industrial organization model-industrial organization theory, and summarizes the current situation of the research on modern industrial organization model at home and abroad. This paper expounds the characteristics of the existing research results, analyzes and explains these characteristics, points out the limitations of the existing research, and puts forward the specific direction and contents of the research on the modern industrial organization model in this paper. Secondly, this paper combs and studies the four representative models mentioned above from the angle of industrial organization, and makes a horizontal comparative analysis of these models. In order to understand and grasp the differences and connections of these models, on the basis of studying and comparing the representative models of modern industrial organization separately and horizontally, this paper sums up the connotation and essential characteristics of modern industrial organization model. Finally, by analyzing and abstracting the phenomenon of new production and management mode among enterprises in an example, this paper puts forward a new industrial organization model-industrial platform organization mode. The basic system of this model is constructed and analyzed.
