男女搭配干活不累：异性组合的两人共同风险决策研究

【摘要】：随着中国经济的快速稳定发展,为了适应市场的需求顺应市场发展规律,各类公司在管理模式和经营模式上都做出了相应的改革和创新,如今“双CEO”管理模式被越来越多的公司采纳,公司希望面临风险决策时,通过管理模式的改变做出更好的决策选择。在风险决策已有的相关研究中,学者们把目光集中在独立个体和群体决策上,探索有限理性下的风险决策行为,很少有研究关注“两人组合”这一特殊的决策主体。本文通过BART行为学实验来探索两人组合面临风险时共同决策、轮流决策两种不同决策形式在整体收益、风险偏好以及决策时间上可能存在的差异性,同时验证是否真的是“男女搭配干活不累”。分别解决以下三个问题:第一,在面对风险决策问题时,两人组合是否比独立个体更好?第二,在两人组合面临风险决策问题时,不同的性别搭配对风险决策行为偏好有何影响?第三,不同亲密度的异性两人组合面临风险决策问题时有什么差异性?研究结果表明:第一,两人组合相比独立个人在采取轮流决策时收益更好,同时偏向风险规避,决策时间也更长;第二,在两人组合面临风险决策时,异性两人组合在共同决策时收益更好,更偏向风险规避,并且决策时间也更长;第三,高亲密度的异性两人组合在共同决策时收益更高,但在风险偏好和决策时间中不同亲密度的异性两人组合并没有明显差异。本研究通过对比不同决策主体之间的风险决策行为学数据来探索两人组合风险决策中所存在的差异性,进而从性别搭配、亲密度的角度来解释差异性存在的原因,不仅为两人组合风险决策中最优决策形式提供参考,同时为更好“双CEO”模式的搭建提供依据和实践指导,更在两人风险决策研究领域具有很强的理论意义。
[Abstract]:With the rapid and stable development of Chinese economy, in order to adapt to the needs of the market to follow the market rules, various companies have made the reform and innovation of the management mode and operation mode, now the "double CEO" management mode adopted by more and more companies, companies want to risk decision-making, through the changes of management mode to make better the decision to choose. The related research in risk decision now, scholars have focused on individual and group decision, explore the risk decision-making behavior under bounded rationality, few studies have focused on "two combination" which is a special decision subject. In this paper, through the BART behavioral experiment to explore the combination of two people at risk when the joint decision-making, decision-making turns two different decision in the form of overall revenue, risk preferences and decision time differences may exist, and to verify whether it is "Men and women collocation work not tired". To solve the following three problems respectively: first, in the face of risk decision problem, a group of two people is second, better than the individual? In a group of two people at risk decision problem, different gender collocation impact on risk decision-making behavior preference? Third, different degrees of intimacy the specific combination of two risk decision problem what is the difference? The results show that: a group of first, second people compared to the independent person in the decision to take turns better returns, while the bias of risk aversion decision, a longer period of time; second, in a group of two people at risk decision-making, specific combination of two gains in common decision-making better, more risk averse, and decision time longer; third, high density specific combination of two Pro gains in common decision-making is higher, but in the risk preference and decision time in different degrees of intimacy There is no difference in specific combination of two. To explore the difference of two portfolio risk decision making in this study through the comparison between different risk decision behavior of decision makers to learn from data, and gender collocation, intimacy perspective to explain why differences exist, not only provide a reference for the two people in the portfolio risk decision making the optimal decision form, and provide basis and practical guidance for building better "double CEO" model, it has a strong theoretical significance in the study of risk decision of two people.
