【摘要】： 1990年代以来，在世界范围内掀起了探讨知识经济的热潮。美国1997年二高一低的新经济标志着人类社会开始从工业经济时代步入知识经济时代。随着知识经济在发达国家的现实化，，全球经济系统将面临又一次新的国际分工。知识经济国家将进一步摆脱物质生产的拖累，而成为向全球经济提供知识、技术、智能和思想的“头脑国家”。而另一部分无法进入这一时代的国家将成为利用这些知识、技术、智能、思想进行物质生产的“躯干国家”。知识经济的到来不仅给人们的生活方式带来了变化，更改变着企业的行为。本文第一部分论述了知识经济的兴起，然后就知识经济下企业管理做了进一步的论述，并提出了知识工作者的激励模式。最后对初见端倪的组织形式做了论述，并提出为适应知识经济下的企业管理，组织变革的趋势。
[Abstract]:Since 1990 s, the upsurge of knowledge economy has been raised all over the world.The new economy in the United States in 1997 marked the beginning of human society from the industrial economyEnter the era of knowledge economy.With the realization of knowledge economy in developed countries, the whole worldThe economic system will face a new international division of labor.Knowledge-based economy will be further developedThe drag of dematerialized production has become the supply of knowledge, technology, intelligence and intelligence to the global economyA nation of minds.And another part of the world that doesn't get into this era is going to beUse this knowledge, technology, intelligence, and ideas for material production of the "trunk nation".The coming of knowledge economy not only brings changes to people's way of life, but also changes them.The behavior of an enterprise.The first part of this paper discusses the rise of knowledge economy, and then knowsThis paper makes a further discussion on enterprise management under the condition of economy, and puts forward the stimulation of knowledge workers.Excitation mode.At last, the paper discusses the organization form of the beginning, and puts forward the idea of adapting to it.Knowledge of the economic management of enterprises, organizational change trend.
