从技术价值看技术异化

【摘要】： 人类自从踏入“现代”的门槛,在理性光芒的照耀下,技术确实成了解除人类枷锁的重要工具,为人类的进步与发展创造了灿烂的物质文明与精神文明。但随着技术的突飞猛进,犹如一柄“双刃剑”的技术已成为我们现实生活中的一种支配性、全球性的力量,它不仅开始染指于人类历史的根基,而且已“成为现代人的历史命运”。特别是二战后蓬勃发展的技术犹如被打开的“潘多拉魔盒”,重获自由的“小妖们”使整个世界充满了鬼魅色彩,它在缔造现代物质与精神文明的同时也致使自然、社会与人类遍体鳞伤,其异化功能日益凸显。于此,人们开始从不同的角度去解读技术异化并探寻出路,以求在黑夜中见到光明。但他们对技术鲜见的称颂溢美之辞与充满苍桑的呐喊不仅没有让技术得到公正的待遇,而且自己也仍徘徊于技术异化之中。显然,如何看待技术异化已成为时代摆在我们面前的严峻课题。本文认为技术异化是技术价值效应的必然结果。从技术价值的角度去解读技术异化不但可以使我们正确地看待技术异化,而且还能够有效地弱化与控制技术异化,使之为人类谋福利。因此,笔者从技术与技术价值的相关概念与理论入手,通过对技术价值的二重性、多维性等特征及技术异化的条件性、不可避免性等特征与表现的分析,全面而深刻地从技术价值的角度透析了技术异化的客体根源与主体根源,并从伦理、价值观、立法与制度方面为技术异化的控制指出了一条可行之路。
[Abstract]:Since mankind stepped into the threshold of "modern" and illuminated by the light of reason, technology has indeed become an important tool to lift the shackles of human beings, and has created brilliant material and spiritual civilization for the progress and development of human beings.But with the rapid development of technology, like a "double-edged sword" technology has become a dominating, global force in our real life, and it has not only begun to touch the foundation of human history.And has "become the historical fate of modern people."In particular, the technology that flourished after World War II was like the opened Pandora's Box, and the free "little demons" filled the whole world with ghosts and ghosts, which created modern material and spiritual civilization and at the same time led to nature.The dissimilation function of society and human being is more and more prominent.Therefore, people begin to interpret the alienation of technology from different angles and seek a way out in order to see the light in the night.But their rare praise of technology and the cry full of Cangsang not only did not let technology get fair treatment, but also still hovering in the alienation of technology.Obviously, how to treat the technology alienation has become a serious problem in front of us.This paper holds that technological alienation is the inevitable result of technological value effect.To interpret technology alienation from the angle of technology value can not only make us look at technology alienation correctly, but also effectively weaken and control technology alienation so as to make it work for the benefit of mankind.Therefore, the author starts with the related concepts and theories of technology and technological value, and analyzes the characteristics and manifestations of technology value, such as duality, multi-dimension, conditionality, inevitability and so on.This paper comprehensively and profoundly analyzes the object and subject root of technology alienation from the angle of technology value, and points out a feasible way to control technology alienation from the aspects of ethics, values, legislation and system.
