【摘要】： 社会分工最为重要的特征是由不同的生产单位生产不同的有用物品。其结果必然是交换的存在和发展，市场也由此得以产生，并处于不断的发展过程中。但把原始的分工和市场与现有的分工和市场相对比，其发展之大又绝非已有经济理论所能完全揭示的。这其中一个重要原因在于，在对市场扩大的研究中，技术因素或多或少地被忽略掉了，或至少未给予足够重视。本文正是基于此点展开分析，尝试描述分工、技术和市场的动态关系。继而论证，网络技术是新一轮对信息要素的生产和经营方式的突破性变革，它必将对传统市场造成巨大的影响和挑战。文章内容分以下三部分：第一部分：“分工、技术和市场发展”。首先对市场的定义进行了辨析，并在市场发展的基础上，对市场的内涵进行了规范。接着，全面剖析了亚当·斯密的分工和市场关系原理，进一步提出了分工和市场的动态发展图式，并以技术变革为基准划分出市场发展的两种基本形式。第二部分：“网络经济的内涵、特征和作用”。较为详细地论述了网络经济的内涵和特征，分析了网络技术给经济带来的革命性的结果。认为，网络经济既大大地提高了生产效率，，又降低了生产费用，其双重作用促使市场在新的技术条件下进一步嬗变。第三部分：“网络经济对传统市场的改造和开拓”。主要从四个方面来阐述。首先，从市场的延伸范围和交易双方相互联结的即时性来说明，市场与以前相比更为深化了；其次，在新技术条件下，新产品、新市场不断涌现。诸多的数据表明，市场的容量在迅速扩大；再次，电子市场蓬勃发展，传统企业纷纷走向e化经营模式；最后，论述了商流和物流是市场交易成功的两项重要任务，但电子商务的发展却使双方的冲突日益加剧，物流的滞后成为网络经济进一步成长的软肋。另外，文章对市场发展产生的问题提出了一些解决办法，但限于篇幅，没有展开讨论。这是文章的一个缺陷。
[Abstract]:The most important feature of social division of labor is the production of different useful goods by different production units.The result is the existence and development of exchange, and the market is in the process of continuous development.However, comparing the original division of labor and the market with the existing division of labor and market, its development is by no means fully revealed by existing economic theories.One important reason for this is that technology is more or less ignored, or at least undervalued, in the study of market expansion.Based on this point, this paper tries to describe the dynamic relationship of division of labor, technology and market.Then it is demonstrated that network technology is a new round of breakthrough changes in the production and management of information elements, which will bring great influence and challenge to the traditional market.The content of the article is divided into the following three parts:The first part: division of labor, technology and market development.Firstly, the definition of the market is analyzed, and the connotation of the market is standardized on the basis of the development of the market.Then, the paper analyzes Adam Smith's division of labor and the principle of market relationship, further puts forward the schemata of division of labor and dynamic development of market, and divides the two basic forms of market development based on technological change.The second part: the connotation, characteristic and function of network economy.The connotation and characteristics of network economy are discussed in detail, and the revolutionary result brought by network technology to economy is analyzed.It is considered that the network economy not only greatly improves the production efficiency but also reduces the production cost, and its dual role impel the market to change further under the new technological conditions.The third part: the transformation and development of traditional market by network economy.Mainly from four aspects to elaborate.First of all, the extension of the market and the immediacy of the mutual connection between the two sides show that the market is deeper than before; secondly, under the new technology conditions, new products and new markets continue to emerge.Many data show that the capacity of the market is expanding rapidly; thirdly, the electronic market is booming, and the traditional enterprises are moving towards the e-business mode. Finally, it is discussed that business flow and logistics are two important tasks for the success of market transactions.However, with the development of electronic commerce, the conflicts between the two sides are becoming more and more serious, and the lag of logistics becomes the weakness of the further growth of network economy.In addition, the article puts forward some solutions to the problems arising from the market development, but it is limited in space and has not been discussed.This is a flaw in the article.
