【摘要】：陈云财政金融思想在新中国社会主义建设的实践中取得了巨大成就,为中国发展成为世界经济大国做出了重要贡献。新中国成立以来,陈云财政金融思想一直被视为我国社会主义财政金融思想的主体之一。在当前综错复杂的国内外形势下,学习重温陈云财政金融思想与实践,对于充分正确认识和发挥财政金融特有的职能作用,贯彻落实党中央决策部署,具有十分重要的现实意义。本文回顾了陈云的财政金融思想与实践举措,并结合当前的现实问题,探析了对防控化解财政金融风险的启示。
