创建中国特色社会主义政治经济学怎样看待斯大林的观点

【摘要】：斯大林的政治经济学观点既有科学的内容,也有不完全符合马克思有关理论和经济实践方面的内容,但其观点影响深远,需要我们在创建中国特色社会主义政治经济学中进行评析、取舍。生产力二要素论和三要素论既不符合马克思的本意,也不符合历史发展的事实。生产力的构成要素是多方面的,且是不断发展的。斯大林主张社会主义制度下生产关系与生产力仍然存在矛盾,肯定了社会主义存在商品生产和交换的必要性,提出生产资料所有制是决定生产关系和分配关系的一项重要内容,反对把政治经济学写成经济政策的堆积等等。这些理论观点都是正确的,需要继承、发展。斯大林提出的生产关系三个方面的观点虽有其合理性,但不是全面的,马克思的论著中所研究的生产关系范围更广泛。此外,中国特色社会主义政治经济学既要为发展和完善社会主义生产关系服务,也要为发展社会生产力服务。需要从社会层次研究怎样更好更快地发展生产力。
