【摘要】：区域经济问题是国家经济发展中不可回避的重要问题。区域发展不平衡是大国在经济和社会发展过程常常遇到的难点。中国是一个人口众多、地域辽阔、发展不平衡的社会主义大国，也是世界上自然地理、人口资源、经济社会差异最大的国家之一。建国以来，根据不同时期的社会历史条件，中国共产党在领导国家经济建设的过程中，对我国的区域经济发展战略进行了艰辛同时又是卓有成效的探索，先后提出了均衡发展模式、非均衡发展模式和区域经济协调发展模式。在此当中，邓小平区域经济战略思想具有着承上启下的重要地位，其丰富的理论内涵和战略思想，对中国社会主义现代化建设具有重要的指导意义。论文第一部分对邓小平区域经济思想形成的前提、基础和时代背景进行了分析。指出，对建国后区域发展战略决策上经验教训的总结，以及改革开放前我国区域经济发展现状的理性思考，是邓小平区域经济战略思想形成的历史前提和现实基础。对国际形势的正确判断和对时代主题的科学把握，是邓小平区域经济思想形成的客观依据。论文第二部分对邓小平区域经济思想的内涵作了具体的阐述，运用经济学等相关学科的理论工具系统分析了邓小平区域经济战略的方针、路径、目标和机制。指出邓小平基于对经济发展规律，特别是社会主义国家生产力布局规律的深刻把握，提出了“两个大局”的区域经济发展方针，揭示了当代中国通过“非均衡”的战略路径，运用市场机制和政府干预的恰当结合，推动区域经济发展，最终实现“共同富裕”这一发展目标的战略思想。论文第三部分从战略发展的相关性着手，，揭示了“西部大开发战略”和新一代中央领导集体提出的“科学发展观”与邓小平区域经济思想的内在逻辑关系，提出并论证了“西部大开发战略是‘两个大局’的应有之意”和“科学发展观是邓小平区域经济思想的重要升华”的观点。基于对全文的提升和凝炼，论文在“结语”部分提出几点启示，以期对指导当今区域经济发展的实践有所裨益。
[Abstract]:Regional economic problem is an important problem in national economic development. The imbalance of regional development is a difficult point in the process of economic and social development. China is a large socialist country with large population, vast territory and unbalanced development. It is also one of the biggest differences in natural geography, population resources, economy and society in the world. Since the founding of the people's Republic of China, according to the social and historical conditions of different periods, in the process of leading the national economic construction, the Communist Party of China has carried out arduous and fruitful exploration into the regional economic development strategy of our country. Has proposed the balanced development pattern, the non-balanced development pattern and the regional economy coordinated development pattern. Among them, Deng Xiaoping's regional economic strategic thought plays an important role in connecting the past with the following, and its rich theoretical connotation and strategic thought have important guiding significance for China's socialist modernization construction. The first part analyzes the premise, foundation and background of Deng Xiaoping's regional economic thought. It is pointed out that the summary of the experiences and lessons in the regional development strategy decision after the founding of the people's Republic of China, as well as the rational thinking on the present situation of regional economic development before the reform and opening up, are the historical premise and realistic basis for the formation of Deng Xiaoping's regional economic strategic thinking. The correct judgment of the international situation and the scientific grasp of the theme of the times are the objective basis for the formation of Deng Xiaoping's regional economic thought. In the second part of the paper, the connotation of Deng Xiaoping's regional economic thought is expounded in detail, and the policy, path, goal and mechanism of Deng Xiaoping's regional economic strategy are systematically analyzed by using the theoretical tools of economics and other related disciplines. Based on his profound understanding of the law of economic development, especially the law of the distribution of productive forces in socialist countries, Deng Xiaoping puts forward the regional economic development policy of "two overall interests", which reveals the strategic path of "non-equilibrium" in contemporary China. Applying the proper combination of market mechanism and government intervention to promote the development of regional economy and finally realize the development goal of "common prosperity". The third part of the thesis starts with the relativity of the strategic development, and reveals the inner logical relationship between the "Great Development Strategy of West China" and the "Scientific Development View" put forward by the new generation of central leadership collective and Deng Xiaoping's regional economic thought. This paper puts forward and demonstrates the view that the strategy of developing the western region is the due meaning of 'two overall situations' and that the scientific development view is the important sublimation of Deng Xiaoping's regional economic thought. Based on the promotion and condensing of the full text, this paper puts forward some enlightenments in the "conclusion" in order to benefit the practice of guiding the development of regional economy.
