“海归”教师与中国经济学科的“双一流”建设

【摘要】:我国"双一流"建设的重要目标之一就是培育有国际竞争力的学科,而"海归"教师作为重要力量,整体上对提升我国经济学科的国际化程度产生了积极影响;但是,哪类"海归"教师的科研产出能力更强,且对我国经济学科的"双一流"建设发挥着更大作用呢?文章搜集了国内"985"高校和"211"财经类高校经济学科882位全职"海归"教师的个人信息,并与国际权威SSCI期刊上发表的2 074篇英文论文进行匹配,运用文献计量法研究了"海归"教师的发文数量和发文质量及其背后的驱动因素。研究表明:(1)博士毕业所在学校的排名不仅对"海归"教师的发文数量具有正向影响,还会提高其发表论文的影响力;(2)本科毕业所在学校的排名对论文产出不重要,无论是发文数量还是质量均没有受到明显的影响;(3)本科所学专业对论文产出的作用明显,相比于文史类专业,经管类、理工类专业"海归"教师的发文数量更多,但是其论文的影响力没有显著差异。文章从"海归"教师论文发表的角度为我国财经类高校的"双一流"建设提供了科学合理引进师资的依据,也为其未来的人才建设提供了方向。
[Abstract]:One of the important goals of the construction of "double first-class" in China is to cultivate internationally competitive disciplines. As an important force, the teachers of "returned overseas" have a positive impact on the internationalization of economic disciplines in China as a whole. Which kind of "returned overseas" teachers have stronger scientific research output ability and play a greater role in the "double first-class" construction of economic discipline in China? This paper collects the personal information of 882 full-time "returned overseas" teachers in China's "985" universities and "211" colleges and universities of finance and economics, and matches the 2,074 English papers published in international authoritative SSCI journals. This paper studies the quantity and quality of the papers issued by the teachers and the driving factors behind them by using the method of literature metrology. The study shows that the ranking of the school in which the doctor graduated not only has a positive impact on the number of papers issued by "returned overseas" teachers, but also increases the impact of the publication of a thesis.) the ranking of the school in which the undergraduate graduated is not important to the output of the thesis. Whether the quantity or quality of the papers is not influenced by the quantity or quality of the papers, the effect of the undergraduate major on the output of the thesis is obvious. Compared with the majors of literature and history, economics and management, and science and technology, the number of papers issued by the "returned overseas" teachers is more than that of the majors of literature and history. But there is no significant difference in the influence of his papers. From the point of view of publishing the teacher's thesis of "returned to China", this paper provides a scientific and reasonable basis for introducing teachers for the construction of "double first-class" in China's financial and economic colleges and universities, as well as a direction for its future talent construction.
