【摘要】：有效的项目管理是公司降低经营成本、提高质量和服务水平，保持竞争优势的必备武器。对于中国冶金设备总公司这样一个以冶金设备承包项目为主的公司，项目管理直接关系着公司的经营成果。本文从中国冶金设备总公司的实际情况出发，，试图建立一个实用的、对类似企业具有借鉴意义的项目管理模型。本文的结构如下：第一章：简要介绍了中国冶金设备总公司的背景情况及其项目管理的目标和内容。第二章：项目的内容、分类和特征属性，项目管理的概念、职能和特征，以及国际上项目管理的最新发展。第三章: 中国冶金设备总公司项目管理模型的主要内容，主要涉及到设计管理、设备管理、施工管理、合同管理、资料管理、财务管理等方面。第四章：我国工程项目管理的发展趋势和对策以及中国冶金设备总公司项目管理模型对中国类似企业的借鉴意义最后总结全文。
[Abstract]:Effective project management is the necessary weapon to reduce the operating cost, improve the quality and service level and maintain the competitive advantage. For a company such as China Metallurgical equipment Corporation, which mainly contracts metallurgical equipment, project management is directly related to the company's business results. Based on the actual situation of China Metallurgical equipment Corporation, this paper attempts to establish a practical project management model for similar enterprises. The structure of this paper is as follows: Chapter 1: briefly introduces the background of China Metallurgical equipment Corporation and the objectives and contents of project management. Chapter two: the content, classification and characteristic attribute of the project, the concept, function and characteristic of the project management, and the latest development of the project management in the world. The third chapter: the main contents of the project management model of China Metallurgical equipment Corporation, including design management, equipment management, construction management, contract management, data management, financial management and so on. The fourth chapter: the development trend and countermeasures of project management in China and the reference significance of project management model of China Metallurgical equipment Corporation to similar enterprises in China. Finally, the full text is summarized.
