【摘要】：陈云长期主管党和国家的财经金融工作,是党内最早最全面而深刻地认识到金融工作重要性的领导人之一,是我国金融工作的卓越领导者。陈云在革命、建设和改革的长期金融实践中提出了一系列科学的金融思想,为我国金融制度的建立和完善作出了不可磨灭的贡献。陈云的金融思想与实践,在马克思主义金融发展史上具有举足轻重的地位。全文共分为四部分:第一部分,陈云金融思想与实践的理论渊源。这一部分是本文的逻辑起点。主要从思想理论层面,厘清其金融思想与实践的思想材料,追溯其金融思想与实践的源头。理论渊源主要包括:马克思恩格斯的金融理论、列宁的金融理论和毛泽东的金融理论三部分。第二部分,陈云金融思想的主要内容。这一部分是本文的创新点。本文把陈云金融思想的主要内容概括为:货币思想、银行思想、金融调控思想、金融研究和人才培育思想四个方面。第三部分,陈云金融实践探索。这一部分是本文的重点。本文根据时间顺序,把陈云一生的金融实践分为:第一、二次国内革命战争时期、抗日战争和解放战争时期、建国初期、十年探索和文革前期、文革后期和改革开放时期五个阶段。第四部分,陈云金融思想与实践的特征及价值。这一部分是本文的难点。陈云金融思想与实践具有科学求实、金融为民和稳中求进三个特点。陈云金融思想与实践具有重要价值。陈云金融思想包含着丰富的理论价值,他的金融实践对我国金融改革发展具有重要现实启示。
[Abstract]:Chen Yun, who has been in charge of the financial and financial work of the Party and the state for a long time, is one of the earliest and most profound leaders in the Party to realize the importance of the financial work, and is an outstanding leader in the financial work of our country. Chen Yun has put forward a series of scientific financial thoughts in the long-term financial practice of revolution, construction and reform, which has made an indelible contribution to the establishment and perfection of China's financial system. Chen Yun's financial thought and practice play an important role in the history of Marxist financial development. The thesis is divided into four parts: the first part, the theoretical origin of Chen Yun's financial thought and practice. This part is the logical starting point of this paper. Mainly from the ideological and theoretical level, clarify its financial thought and practice of the ideological material, trace its financial thoughts and practice of the source. The theoretical origin includes three parts: Marx and Engels' financial theory, Lenin's financial theory and Mao Zedong's financial theory. The second part, the main content of Chen Yun's financial thought. This part is the innovation of this paper. This paper summarizes Chen Yun's financial thoughts in four aspects: monetary thought, bank thought, financial control thought, financial research and talent cultivation thought. The third part, Chen Yun financial practice exploration. This part is the focus of this paper. According to the time sequence, this paper divides Chen Yun's financial practice into three parts: the first and second internal revolutionary wars, the anti-Japanese war and the liberation war, the initial period of the founding of the people's Republic of China, the decade of exploration and the early period of the Cultural Revolution. The late Cultural Revolution and the reform and opening up period five stages. The fourth part, Chen Yun financial thought and practice characteristic and value. This part is the difficulty of this paper. Chen Yun's financial thought and practice have three characteristics: scientific and realistic, finance for the people and steady progress. Chen Yun's financial thought and practice have important value. Chen Yun's financial thought contains rich theoretical value, and his financial practice has important practical enlightenment to the development of China's financial reform.
