【摘要】:改革开放三十年来,私营经济的发展占据了我国社会主义市场经济的半壁江山,在整个国民经济中占据着重要地位。中国私营企业取得辉煌成就的同时,也在不断地复制着劳资利益冲突。当前中国私营企业中资本与劳动利益冲突日益突出,导致了资本与劳动在权利和利益分配上的不对等,形成了“强资本、弱劳动”的劳资关系格局。富士康连跳事件在社会上影响很大,同时也让我们更多的去反思我国现阶段劳资关系所存在的问题,以及如何去更好构建和谐劳资关系。马克思劳资关系理论是我们研究劳资关系的理论基石,他的研究方法和对劳资关系的本质抽象对我国现阶段构建和谐劳资关系研究来说具有重要意义。在坚持和继承马克思劳资关系理论的前提下,本文力图进一步挖掘马克思劳资关系理论的历史内涵,逐步拓宽马克思劳资关系理论研究的视野,对马克思劳资关系理论进行人本解读。 本文以马克思劳资关系理论为基石,立足于中国社会主义市场经济劳资关系的现状和问题,基于“马克思劳动价值论”、“马克思人的自由全面发展理论”、“科学发展观”三条主线,从劳资关系的质和量的角度对中国现阶段劳资关系进行分析,以期为我国构建和谐劳资关系理论研究贡献一份力量。 全文共分为四大部分。 本文第一大部分阐述了马克思劳资关系理论。首先指出劳资关系的内涵及特征,进一步分析资本主义劳资关系的主要内容,最终通过马克思对资本主义劳资关系的批判来揭示资本主义劳资关系所反映出的资产阶级和无产阶级之间的剥削与被剥削的关系。 第二部分重点阐释了当前我国私营企业劳资关系现状及其所存在的问题。从私营企业劳资关系实质出发,具体分析私营企业劳资关系中的二重属性,总结出现阶段私营企业劳资关系中存在的不和谐现象,以及不和谐劳资关系所折射出的制度缺失和伦理失范。 第三部分是我国劳资关系的马克思人本解读。从“马克思劳动价值论范畴”、“马克思人的自由全面发展范畴”、“科学发展观角度”三个方面对我国劳资关系进行解读。 第四部分得出构建和谐劳资关系的启示。政府“执政为民”的人本观、企业在发展过程中“以人为本”的核心企业文化、以及完善政府、企业、工会三方协调机制的有效结合,才能促进和完善劳资关系中伦理关怀的制度化和法律化。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up 30 years ago, the development of private economy has occupied half of the socialist market economy in our country, and occupied an important position in the whole national economy. China's private enterprises have made brilliant achievements, but also continue to copy the conflicts of interest between labor and capital. At present, the conflict between capital and labor interests is becoming more and more prominent in Chinese private enterprises, which leads to the unequal distribution of rights and interests between capital and labor, and forms a pattern of "strong capital and weak labor". The Foxconn incident has a great impact on the society, but it also makes us reflect on the existing problems of labor relations in China and how to better build harmonious labor relations. Marx's theory of labor relations is the theoretical cornerstone of our study of labor relations. His research methods and the essential abstraction of labor relations are of great significance to the construction of harmonious labor relations in our country at the present stage. On the premise of adhering to and inheriting Marx's theory of labor relations, this paper tries to further excavate the historical connotation of Marx's theory of labor relations, and gradually widen the field of vision of Marx's theory of labor relations. Human-oriented interpretation of Marx's theory of labor relations. Based on Marx's theory of labor relations, this paper bases itself on the present situation and problems of labor relations in China's socialist market economy, on the basis of "Marx's theory of labor value" and "Marx's theory of man's free and all-round development". From the angle of quality and quantity of labor relations, this paper analyzes the present labor relations in China in order to contribute to the theoretical research of harmonious labor relations in China. The full text is divided into four parts. The first part of this paper expounds Marx's theory of labor relations. First of all, it points out the connotation and characteristics of labor relations, and further analyzes the main contents of capitalist labor relations. Finally, through Marx's criticism of capitalist labor relations, it reveals the exploitative and exploited relations between bourgeoisie and proletariat reflected in capitalist labor relations. The second part focuses on explaining the present situation and existing problems of labor relations in private enterprises in China. Starting from the essence of labor relations in private enterprises, this paper analyzes the dual attributes of labor relations in private enterprises, and summarizes the disharmonious phenomena existing in the labor relations of private enterprises in the appearing stage. And the lack of system and ethics reflected by the disharmonious labor relations. The third part is Marx's humanistic interpretation of labor relations in China. This paper interprets the labor relations in China from three aspects: the category of Marx's theory of labor value, the category of Marx's free and all-round development of human beings and the angle of scientific development. The fourth part draws the enlightenment of constructing harmonious labor relations. The humanism view of the government "ruling for the people", the core enterprise culture of "people-oriented" in the process of enterprise development, and the effective combination of the coordination mechanism among government, enterprise and trade union. Only then can we promote and perfect the institutionalization and legalization of ethical concern in labor relations.
