陈征社会主义城市地租理论研究的特色与创新

【摘要】：陈征是我国著名的马克思主义经济学家、教育家。在他的学术生涯中,几十年如一日,潜心研究《资本论》,坚持不懈、尽心竭力投身于对《资本论》的教学、研究、传播、运用和发展。尤其是他在长期研究马克思地租理论的基础上,从社会主义城市土地的特殊性,以及改革开放的客观实际情况出发,探索并创建了社会主义城市地租理论体系,为马克思地租理论的中国化做出了积极的贡献。本文就陈征社会主义城市地租理论研究的特色与创新作初浅的分析。
[Abstract]:Chen Zheng is a famous Marxist economist and educator in China. In his academic career, he devoted himself to the study of Capital for decades, unremitting and devoted himself to the teaching, research, dissemination, application and development of Capital. In particular, on the basis of studying Marx's land rent theory for a long time and proceeding from the particularity of socialist urban land and the objective reality of reform and opening up, he explored and established a theoretical system of socialist urban land rent. It has made a positive contribution to the localization of Marx's land rent theory. This paper makes a preliminary analysis on the characteristics and innovation of Chen Zheng socialist urban land rent theory research.
