从苏俄的新经济政策到中国的新发展理念

【摘要】：当前,纪念十月革命伟大胜利100周年,其中最值得挖掘的是苏俄新经济政策与中国改革开放的关系。从某种角度说,中国的改革开放是对列宁新经济政策的继承与发展。但列宁的新经济政策为时短暂,只是对传统马克思主义理论的初试冲击。我国的改革开放政策,则是对否定新经济政策的斯大林模式的否定,是一种否定之否定。近40年的改革开放实践,其内容必然比新经济政策更为丰富、扎实,并且以中国特色社会主义新旗帜开拓了新时期社会主义发展的新模式、新途径。
[Abstract]:At present, commemorating the great victory of the October revolution 100th anniversary, which is the most worthy of excavation is the relationship between the new economic policy of Soviet Russia and China's reform and opening up. From a certain point of view, China's reform and opening up is the inheritance and development of Lenin's new economic policy.
