【摘要】：随着我国农业现代化实践进程的不断推进,中国共产党农业现代化思想也在不断完善,不断融入新的内涵。农业现代化是我国现代化建设的一个重要组成部分,且具有基础性和战略性地位。农业现代化的实现对我国整个现代化建设的实现具有重要意义,对我国国民经济的整体发展影响深远。如何更好地理解中国共产党农业现代化思想,更好地践行中国共产党农业现代化思想,为我国农业现代化发展提供更好的思想保障,推动农业现代化步伐加快,推进城乡统筹协调发展的逐步实现,就成为我国现阶段需要着力解决的问题。正是基于此种原因,笔者选择“中国共产党农业现代化思想与实践研究”作为研究课题。文章首先论述了中国共产党农业现代化思想在实践中形成与发展的详细过程,展示出中国共产党农业现代化思想的形成与发展的历史脉络。然后总结和归纳出中国共产党农业现代化思想的主要内容,对中国共产党历届主要领导人以及党中央的农业现代化思想进行全面解读。其次从与时俱进不断创新、来自实践并指导实践、用科技武装农业和农民、以市场运作发展为导向、以全面协调可持续为原则五个方面分析中国共产党农业现代化的思想特征。基于对中共农业现代化思想的内在规律和特征的把握,文章提出中国共产党农业现代化实践的几点经验启示:加强农业现代化的顶层制度建设,充分发挥农民在农业现代化中的主体作用,丰富农业现代化推进形式。我国的农业现代化水平是随着社会经济发展特别是农业生产力的发展而不断提高的。中国共产党在农业现代化实践中通过探索而形成的农业现代化思想,是我国进一步提高农业现代化水平的理论先导。
[Abstract]:With the development of agricultural modernization in our country, the thought of agricultural modernization of the Communist Party of China is being perfected and integrated into new connotation. Agricultural modernization is an important part of China's modernization construction, and has a basic and strategic position. The realization of agricultural modernization is of great significance to the realization of the whole modernization construction of our country and has far-reaching influence on the overall development of our national economy. How to better understand the thought of agricultural modernization of the Communist Party of China, better practice the thought of agricultural modernization of the Communist Party of China, provide better ideological guarantee for the development of agricultural modernization of our country, and accelerate the pace of agricultural modernization. Promoting the gradual realization of coordinated development of urban and rural areas has become a problem that needs to be solved at the present stage of our country. It is for this reason that the author chooses the thought and practice of Agricultural Modernization of the Communist Party of China as the research subject. This paper first discusses the detailed process of the formation and development of the agricultural modernization thought of the Communist Party of China in practice, and shows the historical context of the formation and development of the agricultural modernization thought of the Communist Party of China. Then the main contents of the agricultural modernization thought of the Communist Party of China are summarized and summarized, and the main leaders of the Communist Party of China and the agricultural modernization thought of the Party Central Committee are comprehensively interpreted. Secondly, it analyzes the ideological characteristics of agricultural modernization of the Communist Party of China from five aspects: constantly innovating with the times, coming from practice and guiding practice, arming agriculture and peasants with science and technology, taking market operation and development as guidance, and taking overall coordination and sustainability as the principle. Based on the understanding of the inherent laws and characteristics of the CPC's thought of agricultural modernization, this paper puts forward some experiences and enlightenments of the CPC's agricultural modernization practice: strengthening the top-level system construction of agricultural modernization, Give full play to the main role of farmers in agricultural modernization, enrich the promotion of agricultural modernization. The level of agricultural modernization in China has been improved with the development of social economy, especially agricultural productivity. The thought of agricultural modernization formed by the Communist Party of China through exploration in the practice of agricultural modernization is the theoretical guide to further improve the level of agricultural modernization in China.
