区域产业结构优化方法研究

【摘要】：近几年来,全球经济一体化趋势不断加强,世界各国间的发展竞争也日趋激烈。通过经济结构调整和产业结构优化,在新一轮世界范围的经济结构调整中占得先机,来实现经济的快速发展,是我国经济发展的必然选择。国内外有不少有关产业结构及其优化的理论,但大多是从宏观方面出发,进行定性分析和描述。如何突出定量计算在产业结构优化中的支撑作用,更好的结合区域的实际状况,使得产业结构优化能对区域产生现实的指导意义,是区域产业结构优化研究的方向所在。 本文的重点内容在于区域产业结构水平的相对性评价和主导产业的选择。首先,从市场适应能力、产业协调、生产要素的合理利用三个方面对产业结构合理化进行了分析,提出了产业结构合理化研究的边际评价法;接着对要素供给、市场需求、系统环境三个要素与产业结构高度化的关系进行了研究,并对产业结构高度化的表现形式和机制进行了探究。然后,提出了产业结构优度的概念,建立了产业结构优度评价的指标体系,运用主成分分析法构建了产业结构优度评价的数学模型,并结合区域数据进行了实证分析。最后,对主导产业的关联性进行了分析,并结合自组织理论,分析了主导产业和产业结构系统的自组织演化过程,阐明了主导产业的实现途径和主导产业群的演变规律,并建立了区域主导产业选择的原则、指标体系和数学模型。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the trend of global economic integration has been strengthened, and the development competition among countries is becoming increasingly fierce. Through the adjustment of economic structure and the optimization of industrial structure, it is an inevitable choice for China's economic development to take the lead in the new round of economic structural adjustment in the world to realize the rapid economic development. There are many theories about industrial structure and its optimization at home and abroad, but most of them are qualitative analysis and description from macroscopic aspect. How to emphasize the supporting role of quantitative calculation in the optimization of industrial structure, better combine the actual situation of the region, make the optimization of industrial structure can produce realistic guiding significance to the region, is the direction of the research of regional industrial structure optimization. This paper focuses on the relative evaluation of regional industrial structure and the choice of leading industries. Firstly, the paper analyzes the rationalization of industrial structure from three aspects: market adaptability, industrial coordination and rational use of production factors, and puts forward the marginal evaluation method for the research of industrial structure rationalization. The relationship between the three elements of system environment and the upgrading of industrial structure is studied, and the manifestation and mechanism of industrial structure elevation are explored. Then, the concept of industrial structure superiority is put forward, and the index system of industrial structure superiority evaluation is established. The mathematical model of industrial structure superiority evaluation is constructed by principal component analysis, and the empirical analysis is carried out based on regional data. Finally, the relevance of leading industry is analyzed, and the self-organization evolution process of leading industry and industrial structure system is analyzed in combination with self-organization theory, and the way to realize leading industry and the evolution law of leading industrial group are expounded. The principle, index system and mathematical model of regional leading industry selection are established.
