信任基本问题研究

【摘要】： 信任问题是人类社会的基本问题之一，它折射出社会个体对于人类本性的基本信念。信任总是与社会个体之间的关系即人际关系联系在一起，信任关系在人类社会生活中不可缺少，人际信任是社会经济生活的润滑剂。大量事实表明，目前许多国家正经历相当严重的信任危机。重新建立和恢复基本的信任关系，减少社会、经济等方面运行的交易成本，确立良好的社会经济秩序，，促进经济的良性发展，成为当前各国政府和学术界共同探讨的重大问题。本文的研究目的，在于从跨学科的角度，从理论上探讨信任发生的机理，信任机制建立的途径，信任的经济简化功能。本文主要运用社会个体互动博弈的分析方法和交易成本分析方法，试图从社会个体博弈互动的行为中推演出信任在交易费用的节约过程中的作用，力求从根本上以新制度经济学的视角解释信任结构与人际关系，分析中国的社会经济现象。为此，本文主要从六个部分展开论述：第1章综述了不同领域学者对信任问题的认识和研究状况，主要从心理学、社会学及经济学等方面勾画了信任研究的轮廓。第2章指明了信任与利他行为的关系。指出信任是人作为社会生物的演化过程中形成的，三种利他行为如亲缘利他、互惠利他和纳粹利他为信任的产生奠定了生物驱动力。第3章指出了对他人的信心与合作的动机形成了信任的心理基础。从人的本性即感性与理性不一致的假定出发，从心理学的角度阐述了焦虑、依赖等情感因素与认知、人性、互惠、合作等理性因素造成的信任的心理张力。第4章通过对“鲁滨逊的世界”、“霍布斯困境”、“囚徒困境”及的KMRW声誉模型的论述，指出了信任关系是建立在社会个体之间的重复博弈基础上的。第5章从人性分裂即从有限理性和机会主义的假设出发，运用交易成本经济学分析方法详细考察了信任与交易成本的关系。内容摘要巴票旦旦旦只只只票毕旦旦旦旦旦里里巴巴巴巴里巴巴里巴里里三巴巴里巴巴巴巴巴巴巴巴巴巴巴巴巴巴巴里里里巴巴巴巴巴巴巴巴巴巴巴巴巴巴巴巴里巴巴巴巴巴巴三巴巴巴里里里第6章指出了信任简化复杂的经济功能.从信任对关系交易成本的节约、货币作为一种简化信任关系的普遍标尺、声誉制度的确立等三个方面论述了交易成本的经济简化功能。
[Abstract]:Trust is one of the basic problems in human society. Trust is always connected with the relationship between social individuals, that is, interpersonal relationship, which is indispensable in human social life. Interpersonal trust is the lubricant of social and economic life. A wealth of facts show that many countries are experiencing a rather serious crisis of trust. To re-establish and restore the basic trust relationship, to reduce the transaction costs in social and economic aspects, to establish a good social and economic order, and to promote the benign development of the economy have become the major issues discussed by governments and academic circles. The purpose of this paper is to discuss the mechanism of trust, the way of establishing trust mechanism and the function of economic simplification of trust from an interdisciplinary point of view. This article mainly uses the social individual interactive game analysis method and the transaction cost analysis method, tries to infer the function of trust in the transaction cost saving process from the social individual game interaction behavior. This paper tries to explain the trust structure and interpersonal relationship from the perspective of new institutional economics and analyze the social and economic phenomena in China. Therefore, this paper mainly discusses from six parts: Chapter 1 summarizes the understanding and research of trust in different fields, mainly from psychology, sociology and economics. Chapter 2 indicates the relationship between trust and altruistic behavior. It is pointed out that trust is formed during the evolution of human beings as a social organism. Three altruistic behaviors such as kinship altruism reciprocal altruism and Nazi altruism lay the biological driving force for the generation of trust. Chapter 3 points out that confidence and motivation of cooperation form the psychological basis of trust. Based on the assumption that human nature is inconsistent with sensibility and rationality, this paper expounds the psychological tension of trust caused by emotional factors such as anxiety, dependence and cognition, humanity, reciprocity, cooperation and other rational factors from the angle of psychology. Chapter 4 discusses Robinson's World, Hobbes' Dilemma, Prisoner's Dilemma and KMRW's reputation Model, and points out that trust relationship is based on repeated game between social individuals. In chapter 5, the relationship between trust and transaction cost is studied in detail by using the economic analysis method of transaction cost, starting from the hypothesis of limited rationality and opportunism.
