略论习近平经济思想的框架结构、主要特点及方法论——研读《习近平关于社会主义经济建设论述摘编》

【摘要】：近五年来,习近平关于经济建设形成了一系列新判断新理念新思想新理论。这些经济思想有着特殊的框架结构和逻辑体系。其主要特点是,秉承马克思主义政治经济学的精髓;既着力当下,又着眼长远;遵循经济规律;紧密结合顶层设计、战略决策和方针政策;立足中国经济转型升级,积极引领世界经济发展;实施经济创新驱动转型发展。其方法论是,顺应时代要求,破解时代难题,坚持根本和发展创新的统一,问题导向、以变制变、以新促新,实现"时代—实践—理论"良性互动。现有《习近平关于社会主义经济建设论述摘编》乃"上篇",未来必将不断谱写新篇章,形成习近平经济思想的新续篇。
[Abstract]:In the past five years, Xi Jinping has formed a series of new judgments, new ideas and new theories on economic construction. These economic thoughts have special frame structure and logic system. Its main features are: adhering to the essence of Marxist political economy; focusing on both the present and the long term; following economic laws; closely combining top-level design, strategic decisions and policies; and basing itself on the transformation and upgrading of China's economy. Actively lead the development of the world economy; implement economic innovation to drive transformation and development. Its methodology is to conform to the requirements of the times, to solve the difficult problems of the times, to adhere to the unity of foundation and development and innovation, to guide problems, to change by changing systems, to promote new with new, and to realize the benign interaction between "epoch, practice and theory". The exposition of Xi Jinping on Socialist Economic Construction is the first part, which will continue to write a new chapter in the future and form a new sequel to Xi Jinping's economic thought.
