信息化推动经济发展的机制研究

【摘要】： 当今世界,信息技术日新月异,信息产业迅猛发展,信息化已经成为世界发展的大趋势。信息化发展水平是衡量一个国家和地区国际竞争力、现代化程度、综合国力和经济成长能力的重要标志。信息化所带来的不只是一场产业技术革命,也是一次深刻的经济社会变革。因此,研究信息化对经济发展的影响和作用具有重要意义。论文分析信息化的内涵和经济特征,研究信息化推动经济发展目标,构建信息化推动经济发展的机制结构模型,深入探究信息化推动经济发展的作用机理,并以天津信息化发展作为实证进行了分析研究,提出以信息化推动天津经济发展的思路和措施。全文共分为六章,主要研究内容如下: 第一章介绍国内外相关研究现状,论文的主要研究内容和创新点。第二章对信息化的概念、内涵和经济特征进行界定,分析世界和我国信息化发展现状和趋势,研究信息化推动经济发展的目标实现途径,运用系统分析方法,从内生机制、动力机制、环境机制等方面,构建信息化推动经济发展的机制结构模型。第三章研究信息化推动经济发展的内生机制。分析经济增长的基本理论,研究信息化水平测度理论及指标体系,从理论上分析信息化作为一个内生因素来推动经济发展的机理。第四章研究信息化推动经济发展的动力机制。信息产业对经济发展具有引领作用,信息化对传统产业具有带动作用,信息化对服务业具有促进作用,电子政务对经济发展具有服务作用。第五章研究信息化推动经济发展的环境机制。充分发挥信息基础设施的支撑功能、信息化政策法规的保障功能、信息化组织体制的导向功能,是以信息化手段促进经济又好又快发展的保障。第六章总结天津市信息化发展现状和经验,分析天津信息化发展的制约因素,提出以信息化引领支撑天津经济发展的对策建议。最后进行了全文总结,得出了一些有益的结论,并就进一步的深入研究提出了一些设想。
[Abstract]:In today ' s world , information technology is changing rapidly , the information industry is developing rapidly , the information industry has become the major trend of the development of the world . The level of information development is an important symbol to measure the international competitiveness , the modernization degree , the comprehensive national strength and the economic growth ability of a country and region .

This paper analyzes the connotation and economic characteristics of information , studies the target of information - driven economy development , constructs the mechanism structure model of information - driven economy development , probes into the mechanism of information - based promotion of economic development , and makes an analysis and research based on the information development of Tianjin as an example , and puts forward the idea and measure to promote the development of Tianjin economy by using information . The whole text is divided into six chapters , the main research contents are as follows :

The first chapter introduces the present situation of relevant research at home and abroad , the main research contents and innovation points of the thesis .

The second chapter defines the concept , connotation and economic characteristics of informatization , analyzes the present situation and trend of information development in the world and China , and studies the target realization way of information - driven economy development , and constructs the mechanism structure model of information - based promotion economic development from aspects of endogenous mechanism , power mechanism and environment mechanism .

The third chapter studies the endogenous mechanism of information - driven economic development , analyzes the basic theory of economic growth , studies the theory and index system of information level measure , and analyses the mechanism of economic development by analyzing the information as an endogenous factor .

The fourth chapter studies the power mechanism of the information industry to promote the economic development . The information industry has a leading role in the development of the economy . The information industry has a driving effect on the traditional industry , and the information technology plays a role in promoting the service industry , and the e - government has a service role to the economic development .

The fifth chapter studies the environment mechanism of information - driven economy development , fully exerts the support function of the information infrastructure , the safeguard function of the information policy and regulations , the guiding function of the information organization system , and is the guarantee to promote the economy and the rapid development by means of information technology .

The sixth chapter summarizes the present situation and experience of information development in Tianjin , analyzes the restriction factors of Tianjin ' s information development , and puts forward some suggestions to support Tianjin ' s economic development by using information .

Finally , a full - text summary is carried out , and some useful conclusions are drawn , and some ideas are put forward in further study .
