淮北市工业环境经济系统脆弱性评价

【摘要】：运用脆弱性结构理论构建资源枯竭型城市工业环境经济系统评价框架,基于云模型和属性识别理论对淮北市工业环境经济系统进行了脆弱性评价,并运用协同进化模型对3类子系统交互作用机制进行了分析。研究结果表明,2005-2014年,淮北市压力性系统脆弱等级及脆弱指数呈波动减低特征,敏感性及适应性系统脆弱等级及脆弱指数呈阶跃变化;受3大子系统耦合集成影响,淮北市工业环境经济系统脆弱等级及脆弱指数中位运行特征明显,脆弱等级由Ⅳ级阶跃为Ⅲ级,脆弱指数也呈现递减变化规律;敏感性子系统是阻滞环境经济系统协同进化的外在表征,而适应性子系统是制约淮北市环境经济系统脆弱等级和脆弱指数降低,及阻滞环境经济系统协同优化进化的主要障碍系统,而环保及科教投入不足是制约脆弱等级和脆弱指数降低的主要障碍因子。
[Abstract]:Based on the theory of vulnerability structure, the evaluation framework of resource exhausted urban industrial environment and economy system is constructed. Based on cloud model and attribute recognition theory, the vulnerability evaluation of Huaibei industrial environment and economy system is carried out. The interaction mechanism of three kinds of subsystems is analyzed by co-evolution model. The results show that from 2005 to 2014, the vulnerability grade and vulnerability index of the pressure system in Huaibei City showed the characteristics of decreasing fluctuation, and the vulnerability and vulnerability index of the sensitive and adaptive system changed step by step, which were influenced by the coupling integration of three subsystems.
