关于城市污水处理收费模式的探析——以A污水处理公司为例

【摘要】：污水集中处理资金投入大,要想吸引大批社会资本进入,必须突破现有污水收费模式,探索新的可行的收费模式。本文从城市污水处理收费现状及目前存在的四点问题出发,探索新的收费模式,并以A污水处理公司为例,提出可行的解决办法。
[Abstract]:If we want to attract a large number of social capital, we must break through the existing sewage charging model and explore a new and feasible charging model. Starting from the current situation of urban sewage treatment charges and four problems, this paper explores a new charging model, and takes A sewage treatment company as an example to put forward feasible solutions.
