【摘要】： 技术创新是经济进步的巨大动力，技术创新理论的研究有助于技术创新实践的顺利进行。国内技术创新理论的研究已取得一定成果，，但近几年来，我国的技术创新理论研究呈现出裹足不前，难以深入并有所突破的现状，本文的目的在于找出导致该问题发生的原因，并提出有效的对策，以促进技术创新理论研究的发展。除绪论外，本论文主要由四部分组成。在第一部分里，本文就技术创新理论的发展做一简单的回顾。认为经济学范式下的技术创新研究和科学技术哲学的技术创新的研究都具有局限性，缺乏对技术创新过程化、发生化的本质的认识。需要引入新的观察视角。在第二部分里，本文对SSK和SST的理论做了简单的介绍，归纳出社会建构理论的两个重要特征：相对主义的认识论以及方法论上的经验主义。指出对于技术创新这样的复杂的过程的研究有必要借鉴社会建构论的主张。在第三部分，本文通过对一个技术创新的实际案例的分析，尝试着建立起一种新的技术创新研究的理论框架。提出SSTI，即技术创新的社会形成理论，并就SSTI的基本纲领、核心概念与主要内容做了简单的介绍。第四部分里，本文对技术创新的社会形成理论中应当注意的几个哲学问题加以初步的分析，认为这些问题的解决与否将影响SSTI研究的深入。本文提出的技术创新的社会形成研究是一种新的技术创新的社会学的研究，蕴涵着丰富的哲学意义。理论虽显幼稚，但提供了一种新的看待技术创新的视角，这也是本文写作的目的所在。
[Abstract]:Technological innovation is a great driving force for economic progress, and the research of technological innovation theory is helpful to the smooth progress of technological innovation practice. Some achievements have been made in the research of the theory of technological innovation in China. However, in recent years, the theoretical research of technological innovation in our country has shown a situation of stagnation, difficulty and breakthrough. The purpose of this paper is to find out the causes of this problem. And put forward effective countermeasures to promote the development of technological innovation theory research. In addition to the introduction, this paper mainly consists of four parts. In the first part, this paper reviews the development of technology innovation theory. It is pointed out that the research of technological innovation under the paradigm of economics and the research of technological innovation in philosophy of science and technology are both limited and lack the understanding of the essence of technological innovation. A new perspective is needed. In the second part, this paper briefly introduces the theories of SSK and SST, and concludes two important characteristics of social construction theory: relativism epistemology and methodological empiricism. The author points out that it is necessary to draw lessons from the theory of social constructivism in the study of the complex process of technological innovation. In the third part, through the analysis of a practical case of technological innovation, this paper tries to establish a new theoretical framework of technological innovation research. This paper puts forward the social formation theory of technological innovation, and briefly introduces the basic program, core concept and main contents of SSTI. In the fourth part, this paper makes a preliminary analysis of some philosophical problems in the social formation theory of technological innovation, and thinks that the solution of these problems will affect the further study of SSTI. The research on the social formation of technological innovation proposed in this paper is a new sociological study of technological innovation, which contains rich philosophical significance. Although the theory is naive, it provides a new perspective on technological innovation, which is the purpose of this paper.
