绿色发展的机体范式及其意义

【摘要】：曾经主导中国社会-生态系统的“简单性发展范式”危机重重,当前的严重环境问题是这种范式失效的重要标志,这迫使中国发展实践构建一种新型的绿色发展进路。造成当代中国发展困境的重要原因之一是共享线性思维的理性人共同体片面而错误地理解发展,仅仅将发展理解为可观察并可测量的物质性数量增长。解决这种困境的关键性步骤在于,批判简单性发展范式的时空预设根源,将强调社会-生态共同进化的新自然主义作为一种重要的思想源泉;立足于现代系统科学与复杂性研究,进行从理性人共同体到生态人共同体的范式转换;普及生态社会系统的新型理念,构建具有可持续发展强路径特征的机体范式;基于该范式重新理解发展,推动该范式及其衍生假设在共同体的实践检验中不断进化。
[Abstract]:The "simple development paradigm", which once dominated China's social-ecological system, is fraught with crises. The current serious environmental problems are an important sign of the failure of this paradigm, which forces China's development practice to build a new path of green development. One of the important reasons for the difficult development of contemporary China is that the community of rational people who share linear thinking understands development one-sidedly and wrongly, and only understands development as the quantity growth of observable and measurable materiality. The key step to solve this dilemma lies in criticizing the space-time presupposition root of simple development paradigm and taking the neo-naturalism which emphasizes the co-evolution of society and ecology as an important source of thought. Based on the research of modern system science and complexity, the paradigm transformation from rational human community to ecological human community is carried out, the new concept of ecological and social system is popularized, and the organism paradigm with strong path of sustainable development is constructed. Based on the new understanding of the paradigm, the paradigm and its derivative hypothesis are constantly evolving in the community practice test.
