项目管理在技术状态管理系统中的应用研究与实现

【摘要】: 技术状态管理是应用于产品生命周期阶段的一种先进的工程管理方法。航空工业中的型号产品研制由于其结构复杂、研制周期长,尤其需要进行技术状态管理。项目管理作为一门广泛应用工业工程、系统工程、决策分析、计算机技术与软件工程等理论的多维、多层次的综合性交叉学科,,在当今信息化社会中,有着越来越广泛的应用。 本课题希望运用成熟的项目管理技术,完善的技术状态管理方法,全面支持产品生命周期内进度、数据、资源的管理,缩短产品开发周期,提高产品质量。 本文全面分析了项目管理的核心要素和常用的实现工具,在此基础上构建了以技术状态管理为核心任务的项目计划与控制模型,给出了模型实现方法。其次,提出了项目管理系统与技术状态管理系统的集成框架,分析了项目管理系统与技术状态管理系统的信息交互,并探讨了项目管理系统实现技术。最后,通过具体系统的开发,实现了项目管理系统与技术状态管理系统的集成。
[Abstract]:Technical state management (TSM) is an advanced engineering management method applied in product life cycle. Because of its complex structure and long development period, the model product development in aviation industry needs technical condition management. Project management, as a multi-dimensional and multi-level interdisciplinary subject, which is widely used in industrial engineering, system engineering, decision analysis, computer technology and software engineering, is more and more widely used in the information society. This subject hopes to use mature project management technology and perfect technical condition management method to support the management of progress, data and resources in the product life cycle, shorten the product development cycle, and improve the product quality. Based on the analysis of the core elements of project management and the commonly used implementation tools, the project planning and control model with technical state management as the core task is constructed, and the implementation method of the model is given in this paper. Secondly, the integrated framework of the project management system and the technical state management system is put forward, the information interaction between the project management system and the technical state management system is analyzed, and the realization technology of the project management system is discussed. Finally, through the development of specific system, the integration of project management system and technical state management system is realized.
