产业带的发育及其演化机制研究

【摘要】: 产业带是一个空间的经济巨系统,是一个发育成熟的社会经济有机体,其形成演化规律是可知的。本文综合运用经济地理学、区域经济学、城市地理学、产业经济学、系统科学、生态学等学科的基本原理,探讨了产业带的发育及其演化机制。在总结国内外相关研究成果的基础上,对产业带的内涵、基本构成要素、性质、分类、边界划分等进行全面深入的分析,对相关理论进行系统总结,作为对产业带形成与演化机制分析的理论基础。然后,分别从空间、产业、企业三个层面,构建产业带的层次结构模型、形成演化机制模型、生命周期模型,分析产业带的特殊功能,揭示产业带形成演化的一般规律。 在空间层面上,产业带是一个由增长极子系统、发展轴子系统和生长面子系统等构成的开放的空间巨系统;集聚和扩散是其空间结构形成演化的动力机制,其形成与演化符合“点—轴”空间结构系统理论。根据不同发展阶段的特点,产业带的生命周期可以划分为起步雏形、膨胀增长、成熟扩展、融合衰退四个阶段,其演化轨迹符合“S”型曲线。 在产业层面上,根据不同的分类方法,产业带可以定义为一个由第一次产业子系统、第二次产业子系统和第三次产业子系统或者是由主导产业子系统、关联产业子系统、辅助产业子系统、潜导产业子系统和支柱产业子系统等构成的产业巨系统。市场机制、政府干预和技术创新是其产业结构演化的动力机制,其形成与演化符合区域产业结构演化的一般规律,如配第-克拉克定理等。产业带产业系统的生命周期同样可划分为孕育期、成长期、成熟期、衰退期四个阶段,可以借助逻辑斯谛方程来表示和分析。 在企业层面上,产业带是一个由企业子系统、高校与科研机构子系统、地方政府子系统、中介机构子系统、以及金融机构子系统等构成的企业巨系统,其结构可视为一个产业集群网络,在三层网络作用机制下形成演化,这三层机制包括:核心网络层、辅助网络层和外部网络层;其形成与演化过程可借助复杂网络演化模型进行模拟。按照不同阶段的网络特点,把产业带企业系统的生命周期划分为网络初建期、企业积聚期、成熟期、衰退转型期四个阶段。
[Abstract]:Industrial belt is a spatial economic giant system, is a mature social and economic organism, its formation and evolution law is knowable. Based on the basic principles of economic geography, regional economics, urban geography, industrial economics, systems science and ecology, this paper discusses the development and evolution mechanism of industrial belt. On the basis of summarizing the related research results at home and abroad, the connotation, basic elements, nature, classification and boundary division of industrial belt are analyzed comprehensively and deeply, and the relevant theories are systematically summarized. As the theoretical basis of the formation and evolution mechanism of industrial belt. Then, from three levels of space, industry and enterprise, this paper constructs the hierarchical structure model of industrial belt, forms the evolution mechanism model, life cycle model, analyzes the special function of the industrial belt, and reveals the general law of the formation and evolution of industrial belt. On the spatial level, the industrial belt is an open space giant system composed of growth pole subsystem, development axis system and growth face system, and agglomeration and diffusion are the dynamic mechanism for the formation and evolution of its spatial structure. Its formation and evolution accord with the theory of "point-axis" spatial structure system. According to the characteristics of different stages of development, the life cycle of industrial belt can be divided into four stages: starting embryonic, expanding, maturing and expanding, and fusing and declining, and its evolution track accords with "S" curve. At the industrial level, according to different classification methods, the industrial belt can be defined as a sub-system consisting of the first industrial subsystem, the second industrial subsystem and the third industrial subsystem, or the leading industrial subsystem, the related industrial subsystem. The industrial giant system is composed of auxiliary industry subsystem, latent guide industry subsystem and pillar industry subsystem. Market mechanism, government intervention and technological innovation are the motive mechanism of the evolution of industrial structure, and their formation and evolution accord with the general law of the evolution of regional industrial structure, such as the matched Clark theorem, and so on. The life cycle of industrial system in industrial belt can also be divided into four stages: gestation period, growth period, mature period and decline period, which can be expressed and analyzed by means of the logici equation. At the enterprise level, the industrial belt is an enterprise giant system composed of enterprise subsystem, university and scientific research institution subsystem, local government subsystem, intermediary institution subsystem, and financial institution subsystem, etc. Its structure can be regarded as an industrial cluster network, which evolves under the three-layer network mechanism, which includes core network layer, auxiliary network layer and external network layer; Its formation and evolution process can be simulated by using complex network evolution model. According to the network characteristics of different stages, the life cycle of the industrial belt enterprise system is divided into four stages: the initial network construction period, the enterprise accumulation period, the mature period and the recession transition period.
