基于知识图谱的知识管理研究进展

【摘要】: 自管理学大师彼得·德鲁克提出知识管理一词以来,知识管理领域已经篷勃发展了近三十年。这一新兴领域涉及的范围宽广,不仅包括计算机科学、工程学、运筹学、管理科学、图书情报学等领域,还延伸到医学、化学、航天等专业性很强的领域,甚至在制造业、电气电子、环境、机械和石油工业等部门发生了边缘应用。所以,进行知识管理研究的学者可谓“形形色色”,研究的内容也称得上“五花八门”。因此,对这一领域做一个定量的分析,看看目前有哪些国家和机构在做这方面的研究,哪些学者和专家引领着这个领域,又有哪些文献是这个领域的知识基础,进而勾勒知识管理的全貌,有重要的学术意义和现实意义。 本文借助科学计量学中的科学知识图谱理论与方法,结合文献计量学、社会计量学、统计学、图形学、信息科学、计算机科学等,绘制系统的知识管理的知识图谱,用可视化的方法描绘出知识管理领域的网络图景。 论文首先用引文分析、共词分析和社会网络分析等计量方法勾勒出国内外知识管理的研究现状。接着借助CiteSpace、Bibexcel和SPSS等软件,采用文献共引分析、多维尺度分析、因子分析和词频分析等方法,描绘国家合作、机构分布、作者合作和文献共引的知识图谱,从宏观、中观、微观三个层面来展示知识管理的前沿态势的研究情况。 综上所述,对于知识管理进展研究的一系列知识图谱清晰地显示出,1998-2007十年间,站在知识管理顶峰的代表人物,有ALAVIM、DAVENPORT TH、SPENDER JC、WENGER E、STEWART TA、SIMON HA、HOLSAPPLE CW、HOLSAPPLE CW、LEONARD BARTON D、HANSEN MT、KOGUT B等。流派的划分与迈克尔·厄尔经验性的结论一致。文献方面,有深厚的知识基础,其中被引频次最高的文献是NONAKAI发表于1995年的《知识创造企业》一书。1998-2007主要的研究热点有:知识井喷、隐性知识、工作知识、智力资本、团队沟通、知识创造、知识基础等方面。进行知识管理研究的前沿国家和地区主要集中在美国、欧洲和少数亚洲国家。已经形成一些固定的研究机构群,以大学为主,有少数大型公司名列其中。中心度排名第一的是美国Drexel大学,德国的卡尔斯鲁厄大学发文量排名第一。另外,IBM公司在此领域贡献很大。
[Abstract]:The field of knowledge management has been developed for nearly 30 years since Peter Drucker, the master of management, put forward the term knowledge management. This new field covers a wide range of fields, including not only computer science, engineering, operational research, management science, library and information science, but also medical, chemical, aerospace and other highly specialized fields, even in manufacturing. The electrical, electronic, environmental, mechanical and petroleum industries have taken place in marginal applications. Therefore, knowledge management research scholars can be described as "various", the contents of the study can be called "various". So do a quantitative analysis of this area, and see which countries and institutions are doing this, which scholars and experts are leading the field, and what literature is the knowledge base in this field. Furthermore, it is of great academic and practical significance to outline the whole picture of knowledge management. This paper draws the knowledge map of system knowledge management with the help of the scientific knowledge map theory and method in science metrology, combined with bibliometrics, social metrology, statistics, graphics, information science, computer science, etc. The network picture in the field of knowledge management is described by visual method. Firstly, this paper outlines the research status of knowledge management at home and abroad by means of citation analysis, coterm analysis and social network analysis. Then, with the help of Cite Spaceway Bibexcel and SPSS software, using the methods of literature co-citation analysis, multidimensional scale analysis, factor analysis and word frequency analysis, the author's knowledge map of national cooperation, organization distribution, author cooperation and literature co-citation is depicted from macroscopic and meso level. Micro-level three levels to show the frontier situation of knowledge management research situation. To sum up, a series of knowledge maps on the progress of knowledge management clearly show that from 1998 to 2007, the representative figures standing at the peak of knowledge management are ALAVIMIMDAVENPORT-THENDER JCCCENGER STEWARTHAON HOLSAPPLE CWWLESAPPLE BARTON-DANSEN MTKOGUT and so on. The division of schools is consistent with Michael Earl's empirical conclusions. In terms of literature, there is a deep knowledge base, among which the most frequently cited literature is NoNAKAI's "knowledge creation Enterprise" published in 1995. The main research hotspots in the book from 1998 to 2007 are: knowledge blowout, tacit knowledge, working knowledge, intellectual capital, etc. Team communication, knowledge creation, knowledge base, etc. Leading-edge countries and regions conducting knowledge management research are concentrated in the United States, Europe and a few Asian countries. A fixed group of research institutions has been formed, dominated by universities, with a small number of large companies. The center ranked first is Drexel University in the United States, the University of Karlsruhe in Germany in the number of papers ranked first. In addition, IBM has contributed a lot in this field.
