认知转换、知识桥接与创新网络构建:发展新型创新载体的制度基础

【摘要】：新型创新载体被视为能够整合贯通科研活动与商业化技术创新、加强科技资源与经济发展关联的制度设计,在我国受到了党和国家领导人的高度重视;同时在国内也陆续出现了一系列这一类型的探索性的载体。通过讨论新型创新载体的制度基础,探讨新型创新载体在国家创新系统中的角色、组织属性及治理安排。最后强调,要实现其设定目标,新型创新载体必须是融合多属性的复合型平台,应致力于认知转化过程、知识桥接过程,并需要构建商业资本支持下的创新网络。
[Abstract]:The new innovation carrier is regarded as the system design which can integrate the scientific research activities with the commercialized technological innovation and strengthen the connection between the scientific and technological resources and the economic development, which has been highly valued by the leaders of the Party and the state in our country. At the same time, there are a series of exploratory carriers in China. By discussing the institutional basis of the new innovation carrier, this paper discusses the role, organizational attribute and governance arrangement of the new innovation carrier in the national innovation system. Finally, it is emphasized that in order to achieve its goal, the new innovation carrier must be a composite platform with multiple attributes, which should focus on the process of cognitive transformation, knowledge bridging, and the construction of innovative networks supported by commercial capital.
