[Abstract]:Zheng Jiang Weizhuang is the first generation finance scientist, finance educator and one of the founders of the new China financial theory system. He has made great contributions to the study of fiscal theory and policy in China for decades. Professor Jiang Weizhuang created the theoretical system of comparative financial management. In the different historical stages of China's economic and social development, he profoundly discussed the important proposition of the development of financial theory and promoted the prosperity and development of the financial discipline. Professor Jiang Weizhuang's academic thought and his policy propositions, guided by Marxist theory, provide a scientific basis for the Party and the state to make financial and economic decisions and to build a legal system of finance, which is a valuable spiritual wealth worthy of our everlasting study.
