经济全球化背景下国际垄断问题研究

【摘要】：国际垄断在经历了资源禀赋和资本垄断的发展阶段后，尤其是20世纪80年代以后，随着经济全球化的进一步发展，国际垄断进入到一个全新的发展阶段。在经济全球化背景下，国际垄断出现了新的组织形式，垄断的形式与内容也有了新的发展．在开放经济条件下，竞争在国际范围内展开，因而使跨国并购、直接投资等经济活动变得更加复杂。尤其是中国在加入wTO后，国际垄断对中国的影响将更加复杂。在经济全球化背景下面对国际垄断的挑战，就要对当代国际垄断进行系统的研究，并提出相应的对策。本文分为5章，首先是对国际垄断理论简单回顾，，并对经济全球化时代背景下的当代国际垄断进行定义，进而分析了国际垄断的主体一一大型跨国公司。第2章结合经济全球化的特征，论述经济全球化对国际垄断的影响本章的结论是经济全球化改变了国际垄断的生存环境和国际竞争的态势。第3章主要分析了在经济全球化背景下国际垄断的一些新的特征，当代的国际垄断组织由国际垄断同盟转变为跨国公司战略联盟，其垄断的形式也随之发生变化，其中最主要的形式是对技术与产品的垄断。第4章论述了国际竞争的变化。垄断离不开竞争，竞争是产生垄断而垄断使竞争更加激烈．在经济全球化背景下国际竞争的主要特点：一是“价值链”之间的竞争；二是“入围的竞争”；三是“产品差异化竞争”；四是从竞争走向“竞合”。本章还从时间、空间、产品等角度分析了垄断与竞争的相对性．第5章主要讨论在经济全球化背景下国际垄断在我国投资战略的变化，这些变化对我国的产业发展的影响，最后提出相应的对策。
[Abstract]:After the development of resource endowment and capital monopoly, especially after the 1980s, with the further development of economic globalization, international monopoly has entered a new stage of development. Under the background of economic globalization, new forms of organization have appeared in international monopoly, and the forms and contents of monopoly have also developed. Under the condition of open economy, competition has been carried out in the international scope, thus making cross-border mergers and acquisitions. Economic activities such as direct investment have become more complex. Especially after China joins WTO, the influence of international monopoly on China will be more complicated. The challenge to international monopoly under the background of economic globalization is to systematically study the contemporary international monopoly and put forward corresponding countermeasures. This paper is divided into five chapters. Firstly, it reviews the theory of international monopoly, defines the contemporary international monopoly in the era of economic globalization, and then analyzes the main body of international monopoly-large multinational corporation. Chapter 2 discusses the impact of economic globalization on international monopoly. The conclusion of this chapter is that economic globalization has changed the living environment of international monopoly and the situation of international competition. Chapter 3 mainly analyzes some new characteristics of international monopoly under the background of economic globalization. The international monopoly organization changes from international monopoly alliance to transnational corporation strategic alliance, and the form of monopoly also changes with it. The most important form is the monopoly on technology and products. Chapter 4 discusses the change of international competition. Monopoly can not be separated from competition, competition is the production of monopoly and monopoly makes competition fiercer. Under the background of economic globalization, the main characteristics of international competition are: first, competition between "value chains"; Third, "product differentiation competition"; fourth, from competition to "competition." This chapter also analyzes the relativity of monopoly and competition from the angle of time, space and product. Chapter 5 mainly discusses the changes of investment strategy of international monopoly in our country under the background of economic globalization, and the influence of these changes on the industrial development of our country. Finally, the corresponding countermeasures are put forward.
