中国特色社会主义政治经济学共享制度构建:本质特点、结构特征与功能遵循

【摘要】：在中国特色社会主义政治经济学的体系中构建共享制度首先需要明晰其本质特点、结构特征和功能体现,也就是思考要构建的共享制度具有什么根本性质、结构特征和功能表现。从中西制度比较来看,共享制度的本质特点集中表现为社会主义性质;从静态的横向统观和动态的纵向推进的双重维度来看,共享制度的结构分为静态的应然属性和动态的运行势况两个相互融通的体系架构,主体旨向的全民性和客体内容的全面性构成共享制度应然属性体系的特征,动力途径的共建性和推进过程的渐进性构成共享制度运行势况体系的特征;共享制度的具体功能特征体现为"一中心三保障",即共同富裕是中心功能,积聚发展动能、厚植民心基础和维护公平正义分别是经济、政治和社会方面的保障性功能。
[Abstract]:The construction of a shared system in the system of socialist political economy with Chinese characteristics needs to clarify its essential features, structural features and functions, which is the fundamental nature, structural characteristics and functional performance of the shared system to be constructed. From the comparison of the system of Western and western, the essential characteristics of the sharing system are manifested as the society.
