马克思劳动方式思想及其当代思考

【摘要】：劳动方式是劳动过程中主体、中介、客体之间的结合方式,其发展的层次和水平受到了技术条件和社会条件的制约和影响。同时,劳动方式的变革会影响人们的生活方式和思维方式。在当代,随着科学技术的迅猛发展,劳动方式发生了前所未有的变化,对社会发展产生了深远影响。研究马克思劳动方式思想具有重要的理论意义和现实意义。本文以马克思劳动方式思想为线索,探索马克思劳动方式思想的形成,通过对马克思劳动方式思想形成的时代背景和理论过程探究,引出马克思马克思劳动方式思想产生的必然性。首先,概述了马克思劳动方式思想的形成与内容。首先从马克思劳动方式思想的形成背景和历史生成层面,梳理马克思劳动方式思想的历史生成。从一般思想、资本主义劳动方式思想和社会主义社会劳动方式思想三方面,论述马克思劳动方式思想的主要内容。其次,剖析了马克思劳动方式思想的当代发展。首先分析了在电气化条件下、自动化条件下、信息化条件下、互联网+条件下,不同的技术水平对马克思劳动方式思想的不同影响,概括了不同条件下马克思劳动方式思想的发展。马克思劳动方式思想是一个开放性的思想,在新的技术水平和社会条件下,带给国外学者和国内学者很多新思考。最后,阐述了马克思劳动方式思想的当代价值。马克思劳动方式思想具有重要的理论价值和实践价值。从理论价值方面看,马克思劳动方式思想是当代中国劳动方式思想发展的理论基础,与相关劳动方式思想相比更具理论优势;从实践价值方面看,马克思劳动方式思想在我国现代化建设过程中,有利于劳动者主体地位的科学定位,有利于劳动组织方式的合理升级,有利于劳动效率的进一步提高。马克思劳动方式思想是政治经济学史上发展的必然产物,对人类社会的发展和进步起着至关重要的作用。其中唯物论、辩证法和实践思维范式对劳动方式思想的研究起到至关重要的作用。同时社会在发展,时代在进步,马克思劳动方式思想的内容也需要进一步丰富和完善,这是社会进步的需要,也是人类发展的需要。

In the present time, with the rapid development of science and technology, the labor mode has taken place. The unprecedented change has a profound influence on the development of society. It is of great theoretical and practical significance to study the thought of Marx's labor mode.
