全球化背景下的发展经济学研究

【摘要】： 本文试图从全球化的新视角来分析发展经济学的发展。经济全球化对发展中国家的发展起到了巨大的推动作用，也影响着发展经济学的发展进程与走向；同时发展经济学对发展中国家的指导意义，加速发展中国家实现工业化和现代化的进程，推动了经济全球化的进一步发展。本文的基本框架是建立在经济全球化的大背景下，，总结性地分析发展经济学的兴起、发展及走向。发展经济学，在理论层面上，先后出现了结构主义、新古典主义和新古典政治经济学几个发展阶段，这一发展变化进程既有发展经济学自身研究范式转变的因素，也有主流经济学对发展经济学的影响；在实践层面上，发展经济学与发展中国家经济有密切的关系，发展中国家在过去几十年的发展进程中，进一步融入全球化的进程和加快工业化的步伐，特别是拉美模式和东亚模式的成功与失败，对发展经济学既是一种理论应用，又是一种促使其不断进行反思的推动力。发展经济学与经济全球化的发展有密切的关系，特别是第二次世界大战结束后，经济全球化进入新的发展阶段，在变化了的世界政治经济形势下，现代意义上的发展经济学兴起，其主要研究对象是贫困落后的农业国家或发展中国家如何实现工业化的问题。发展经济学从兴起到20世纪80年代，先后经历了结构主义发展阶段和新古典主义发展阶段；20世纪80年代以后，在经济全球化新浪潮中，发展经济学既出现了新的发展趋势，也面临着困境。一方面，世界经济的一体化、信息技术革命、生产关系发生了巨大变化，发展中国家同发达国家的差距有所缩小。另一方面，世界上最穷国家和最富国家之间的差距却是拉大了，全球性贫富两极分化加剧。面对经济全球化加速发展的大趋势，发展经济学家如何在世界政治与经济的大变局下进行深刻的反省并谋求实现新的超越，将决定着发展经济学的未来走向。
[Abstract]:This paper attempts to analyze the development of development economics from a new perspective of globalization. Economic globalization has played a great role in promoting the development of developing countries, and has also affected the development process and trend of development economics, and the guiding significance of development economics to developing countries. Accelerating the process of industrialization and modernization in developing countries has promoted the further development of economic globalization. The basic frame of this paper is to analyze the rise, development and trend of development economics in the background of economic globalization. On the theoretical level, there have been several stages of development economics, namely structuralism, neoclassicism and neoclassical political economics. There is also the impact of mainstream economics on development economics; on a practical level, development economics is closely related to the economies of developing countries, which in the course of their development over the past few decades, Further integration into the process of globalization and speeding up the pace of industrialization, especially the success and failure of the Latin American model and the East Asian model, is not only a theoretical application but also a driving force for its continuous reflection. Development economics is closely related to the development of economic globalization. Especially after the end of the second World War, economic globalization has entered a new stage of development, and under the changed world political and economic situation, In the modern sense of development economics, the main research object is the problem of how to realize industrialization in poor and backward agricultural countries or developing countries. From the rise of development economics to the 1980s, it has experienced the development stage of structuralism and the development stage of neoclassicism since 1980s. In the new tide of economic globalization, there has been a new development trend in development economics. They are also faced with difficulties. On the one hand, the integration of the world economy, the revolution of information technology and the great changes in the relations of production have taken place, and the gap between the developing countries and the developed countries has narrowed. On the other hand, the gap between the world's poorest and the richest is widening and global polarization between the rich and the poor is growing. In the face of the trend of accelerated development of economic globalization, how development economists reflect deeply on the great changes in world politics and economy and seek to achieve new transcendence will determine the future trend of development economics.
