生产劳动理论及其现实意义研究

【摘要】：生产劳动理论是马克思政治经济学理论体系中的一个重要组成部分。由于马克思的生产劳动观点是在借鉴和批判前人的观点时创造性地提出的,而后世的经济学家们在领会这一理论实质时分歧较大,致使生产劳动理论成为经济学界长期争论不休的主要问题之一。本文对古典政治经济学和近些年来国内外学者的观点进行了系统分析和总结,深入分析了马克思关于生产劳动的一般性界定和特殊性界定,同时针对目前学术界对生产劳动和价值创造关系的理解存在一定的分歧,本文对生产劳动和创造价值的劳动之间的关系进行了详细论述。在上述分析的基础之上,结合生产劳动一般和生产劳动特殊,重新认识了社会主义市场经济条件下生产劳动的划分标准,认为社会主义市场经济条件下的生产劳动应具有物质规定性和增值性两大特征。同时鉴于近几年来国内外学者对服务业的生产性问题一直争论不休,本文又对服务业各个部门的生产性进行详细分析,在总结外国服务业发展经验教训的前提之下,结合生产劳动理论拟对我国服务业的健康发展提出政策性的建议。认为服务业的发展应该以第一、第二产业的发展为依托,同时强调由于服务业内部的各个部门的生产性存在很大的差异,在经济发展的过程中他们的作用及重要性是不同的,在发展的过程中要注意服务业内部结构的合理性。
[Abstract]:Production labor theory is an important part of Marx's political economy theory system. Because Marx's viewpoint of productive labor was creatively put forward when drawing lessons from and criticizing the former's views, the economists of later generations were quite different in understanding the essence of this theory. As a result, the theory of productive labor has become one of the main problems in the economic circles. This paper makes a systematic analysis and summary of the classical political economy and the views of domestic and foreign scholars in recent years, and deeply analyzes Marx's general definition and particularity definition of productive labor. At the same time, there are some differences in the understanding of the relationship between productive labor and value creation in the academic circles at present, and the relationship between productive labor and value-creating labor is discussed in detail in this paper. On the basis of the above analysis, combined with the general and special productive labor, we have reunderstood the criteria for the division of productive labor under the conditions of socialist market economy. Under the condition of socialist market economy, the productive labor should have two characteristics: material stipulation and increment. At the same time, in recent years, scholars at home and abroad have been arguing over the productive problems of service industry, and this paper makes a detailed analysis of the production of various sectors of the service industry, and on the premise of summarizing the experience and lessons of the development of foreign service industry, Combined with the theory of productive labor, this paper puts forward some policy suggestions for the healthy development of our service industry. It is believed that the development of the service industry should be based on the development of the first and second industries. At the same time, it is emphasized that their roles and importance in the process of economic development are different because of the great differences in the production of various sectors within the service industry. In the process of development, attention should be paid to the rationality of the internal structure of the service industry.
