【摘要】：邓小平小康社会思想是邓小平理论的重要组成部分。认真探讨邓小平的小康社会思想，尤其是在党的十六大提出全面建设小康社会奋斗目标的历史条件下，探讨邓小平的小康社会思想具有重大的理论和实践意义。 探讨邓小平小康社会思想首先要探析产生这种思想的渊源。通过对中国传统文化的回顾，邓小平的小康社会思想具有深厚的传统文化渊源。中国的传统文化为邓小平小康社会思想的产生提供丰富的土壤。《礼经·礼运》中的大同世界和小康社会思想渗透在几千年的中国文化中，更是在中国的老百姓中根深蒂固。作为深爱自己祖国的中国人民的儿子邓小平无疑受到这种小康思想或者说小康文化的熏陶。作为坚定的马克思主义者，邓小平的小康社会思想与马克思主义一脉相承。马克思、恩格斯和列宁对未来社会的描绘、关于东方社会的理论以及社会主义“过渡阶段”理论为邓小平提出建设中国特色社会主义理论奠定了基础，同样也为邓小平的小康社会思想奠定了基础。 邓小平小康社会思想的产生不仅具有深厚的传统文化渊源，，更是在特定的社会历史背景下产生的，探讨这种社会历史背景对于我们全面准确理解邓小平的小康社会思想是非常重要的。简单地说，邓小平的小康社会思想是在反思历史经验教训，立足客观现实国情，放眼世界现代化发展大势，将民族复兴梦想和民生幸福追求融为一体而提出的一种具有时代特色的新思想。小康社会这个概念是邓小平灵活而创造性提出的具有社会主义时代内涵的、描述中国现代化进程中阶段性发展目标的、体现经济和社会全面协调可持续发展的、富有开放性的和展现中华民族雄心壮志的新概念。邓小平小康社会思想的实质是建设中国特色社会主义思想在现阶段的具体体现和实践展开。它具有重大的理论和实践意义。 澎糕誓急 全面建设小康社会是对邓小平小康社会思想的丰富和发展。全面建设小 康社会的奋斗目标是:根据十五大提出的到2010年、建党100年和新中国成立 100年发展目标，我们要在本世纪头20年，集中力量，全面建设惠及十几亿人 口的更高水平的小康社会，使经济更加发展、民主更加健全、科教更加进步、 文化更加繁荣、社会更加和谐、人民生活更加殷实。经过这个阶段的建设， 再继续奋斗几十年，到本世纪中叶基本实现现代化，把我国建设成富强民主 文明的社会主义国家。但是全面建设小康社会既存在良好的发展机遇和有利 条件，同时也将面临一系列重大挑战和不利因素。客观分析这些有利和不利 因素都将有利于全面建设小康社会奋斗目标的实现。 党的十六届三中全会明确提出的科学发展观是全面建设小康社会的根本 指针。科学发展观是新一届中央领导集体对发展内涵、发展要义、发展本质 的进一步深化和创新。科学发展观深刻总结了我国社会主义现代化建设的实 践经验，进一步回答了发展社会主义经济和实现社会全面进步必须解决的一 系列重大问题，明确揭示了社会主义国家发展的本质特征，为我们加快发展 步伐、顺利实现全面建设小康社会的奋斗目标指明了前进的方向。在全面建 设小康社会的进程中，西部大开发战略和“三农”问题的解决是关键。
[Abstract]:Deng Xiaoping's thought of a well-off society is an important part of Deng Xiaoping's theory.It is of great theoretical and practical significance to probe into Deng Xiaoping's thought of a well-off society, especially under the historical condition of the goal of building a well-off society in an all-round way put forward by the 16th National Congress of the Party.
To probe into Deng Xiaoping's thought of a well-off society, we must first probe into the origin of this thought. Through the review of Chinese traditional culture, Deng Xiaoping's thought of a well-off society has profound traditional cultural origins. Chinese traditional culture provides rich soil for Deng Xiaoping's thought of a well-off society. As the son of the Chinese people who deeply love his motherland, Deng Xiaoping is undoubtedly influenced by this kind of well-off thought or well-off culture. As a firm Marxist, Deng Xiaoping's well-off society thought and Marxism I.
