网络与网络经济的一般分析

【摘要】：网络是网络经济的基础。形形色色的网络都具有相似的结构。网络通道、网络传输物、网络传输物提供者、传输物消费者是组成网络的基本要素。作者对互联网、电网、邮政网的结构进行了分析。本文研究了网络经济价值的评价问题。作者发展了梅特卡夫法则，给出了网络价值评价的一般公式，即网络的整体经济价值与网络通道的传输速度、宽度、安全性以及传输物的价值、传输物提供者的数量、传输物消费者的数量成正比，，与网络的使用成本成反比。作者并据此分析了中国互联网的经济价值。文章认为，网络的进化与发展是与人类社会生产力进步和社会经济发展不可分离的过程。网络的细化与融合，是网络进化的基本形式。文章讨论了网络经济的含义、特征与基本规律。作者认为，网络经济有三个层次的含义，分别是宏观网络经济、中观网络经济、微观网络经济。作者对典型的中观网络经济形式——互联网经济的特征持保守态度。作者认为，网络经济的特征表现在网络经济是跨地域合作的经济，网络经济以稳定的、可预期的联系为基础，网络经济是开放的经济，网络经济是市场统一的经济，网络经济是经济成本更低的经济。作者介绍了国内学术界对于网络经济基本规律的四种不同观点。作者提出了对网络经济基本规律的思考：在现代经济中，网络经济是一种普遍的经济形态；网络化是现代经济发展的重要特征之一，未来各产业经济将无一例外均是网络经济：网络经济是协作的经济；网络经济不是大而全的经济；网络将通过改变经济主体的行为模式再造产业面貌。基于对网络与网络经济的如上认识，文章提出现代企业在网络经济中应该做出七个转变，以适应网络经济要求。即反省经营理念，重塑企业灵魂；调整企业市场行为模式；重组企业核心竟争力；建设企业开放的信息系统；优化企业组织；扩展企业价值内涵；加强协作。
[Abstract]:Network is the foundation of network economy. All kinds of networks have similar structures. Network channel, network transport provider, transport consumer are the basic elements of the network. The author analyzes the structure of Internet, power grid and postal network. This paper studies the evaluation of network economic value. The author develops Metcalfe's rule and gives a general formula for evaluating network value, that is, the overall economic value of the network and the transmission speed of the network channel. Width, security and the value of the transport, the number of providers, The number of consumers is proportional to the cost of using the network. The author also analyzes the economic value of the Internet in China. The paper holds that the evolution and development of network is an inseparable process from the progress of human social productive forces and the development of social economy. The refinement and fusion of network is the basic form of network evolution. This paper discusses the meaning, characteristics and basic law of network economy. The author thinks that the network economy has three meanings, which are macro network economy, meso network economy and micro network economy. The author holds a conservative attitude towards the characteristics of the typical mesoscopic network economy-the Internet economy. The author believes that the characteristics of the network economy are that the network economy is an economy of cross-regional cooperation, and that the network economy is stable. The network economy is an open economy, and the network economy is a unified market economy. The network economy is a lower economy. The author introduces four different views on the basic laws of network economy in domestic academic circles. The author puts forward some thoughts on the basic laws of the network economy: in the modern economy, the network economy is a universal economic form; Networking is one of the important characteristics of modern economic development. In the future, every industry economy will be network economy without exception: network economy is cooperation economy, network economy is not big and complete economy; The network will reinvent the industrial landscape by changing the behavior patterns of economic subjects. Based on the above understanding of network and network economy, this paper puts forward that modern enterprises should make seven changes in network economy in order to meet the requirements of network economy. Namely introspection management idea, reshape enterprise soul; adjust enterprise market behavior model; restructure enterprise core competition power; construct enterprise open information system; optimize enterprise organization; Expand the connotation of enterprise value; strengthen cooperation.
