论分配正义的结构整体标准

【摘要】：社会成员、社会目的、社会劳动是任何社会过程都不可缺少的三个主要方面,它们对于一个社会的经济社会利益的分配必定会提出不同的尺度要求,在现代性质的国家条件下,就是均等尺度要求、共享尺度要求和应得尺度要求。这三个尺度是现代社会在建构分配标准时所必须考虑的三个要素,它们具有不同的性质、分配内容指向及功能,它们的实施将形成不可分割、相互作用的一般运动过程。分配正义问题本身就是社会历史的,上述三个要素尺度中的任何一个都不能单独地成为或决定分配正义的标准;只有从社会所处的特定历史情境出发,正确建构上述三个要素尺度的功能、地位以及各自所适用的经济社会利益的种类和程度,使它们形成合理的结构关系整体,才能够形成分配正义的完整标准。
[Abstract]:Social members, social purposes, and social labor are three main aspects that are indispensable to any social process. They are bound to put forward different yardstick requirements for the distribution of the economic and social benefits of a society, under the state conditions of a modern nature. It is the requirement of equal scale, the requirement of sharing scale and the requirement of due scale. These three scales are the three elements which must be considered in the construction of distribution standards in modern society. They have different properties, distribution contents and functions, and their implementation will form an indivisible and interactive general process of movement. The issue of distributive justice itself is social and historical, and none of the three factors mentioned above can become or determine the criterion of distributive justice alone; only from the specific historical situation of society, Only by correctly constructing the functions and status of the above three elements, as well as the types and degrees of economic and social interests applicable to each of them, can they form a reasonable structural relationship as a whole and form a complete standard of distributive justice.
