邓小平的生态旅游思想及其当代价值

【摘要】：在中国经济飞速发展的今天,各行业已经开始逐渐脱离了单纯追求经济增长的方式。随着国家产业结构的升级调整,第三产业的地位持续升高。旅游业作为第三产业的龙头行业,业已成为继互联网金融、医疗和环保之外最活跃的产业板块之一。而旅游行业的大踏步发展却也存在着一定的隐患,以自然资源为依托的旅游区域由于盲目激进的开发模式,对自然原生环境造成了不可估量的破坏;已成规模的旅游区由于基础设施建设不到位,超负荷接待游客,加之缺乏科学的管理,可持续发展能力逐渐减弱。这些问题的根本解决方法都指向了"生态旅游",这一日益受到世界关注并蓬勃发展的旅游方式。它以其特有的观赏游览功能、生态保护功能、协调发展功能与环境教育功能,成为兼顾生态效益与经济效益的有效方式。回溯中国旅游业的发展历程,改革开放总设计师邓小平同志功不可没。他是中国旅游发展理论的奠基者,也是中国旅游发展进程的开启者。改革开放前后,邓小平全面又具体的分析了中国国情,结合实际,通过连续五次谈话,针对中国旅游业发展的基本思路、奋斗目标和工作方针,明确和突出地提出"旅游事业大有文章可做,要突出地搞、加快地搞"这一历史性的工作指示,开启了中国旅游业的发展。同时,邓小平同志的旅游思想并不局限在经济层面,他的每一次谈话都将旅游与生态紧密联系在一起。在旅游业作为中国经济增长方式转型的重要支柱产业的今天,其综合性、经济性、带动性等特征使其更加需要实现可持续发展。综上所述,本文以"邓小平的生态旅游思想及其当代价值"为研究主题,深入分析邓小平生态旅游思想产生的理论来源与时代背景,详细解析邓小平生态旅游思想的主要内容,以期挖掘其思想精髓,指导当代中国生态旅游发展。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of China's economy, various industries have gradually separated from the way of pursuing economic growth. With the upgrading and adjustment of national industrial structure, the status of tertiary industry continues to rise. Tourism, as the leading industry of the tertiary industry, has become one of the most active industries after Internet finance, medical treatment and environmental protection. However, the rapid development of the tourism industry also has certain hidden dangers. The tourism region based on natural resources has caused inestimable damage to the natural primary environment because of the blind and radical development mode. Due to the lack of infrastructure construction, the overload of tourists and the lack of scientific management, the capacity of sustainable development has gradually weakened. The fundamental solutions to these problems all point to "ecotourism", which has been paid more and more attention to and developed vigorously in the world. With its unique functions of viewing and visiting, ecological protection, coordinating development and environmental education, it has become an effective way to balance ecological benefits and economic benefits. Looking back at the development of China's tourism industry, Comrade Deng Xiaoping, the chief designer of reform and opening up, has contributed to it. He is the founder of the theory of tourism development in China and the opener of the process of tourism development in China. Before and after reform and opening up, Deng Xiaoping comprehensively and concretely analyzed China's national conditions, combined with reality and through five consecutive talks, aimed at the basic ideas, goals and working principles for the development of China's tourism industry. The historic work instruction of "there are many articles to be done in the tourism industry, and we should do it prominently and expeditiously" has opened up the development of China's tourism industry. At the same time, Comrade Deng Xiaoping's thoughts on tourism are not confined to the economic level. As an important pillar industry in the transformation of Chinese economic growth mode, tourism industry needs to realize sustainable development because of its comprehensive, economic and belt characteristics. To sum up, this paper takes "Deng Xiaoping's thought of ecotourism and its contemporary value" as the research theme, deeply analyzes the theoretical source and the background of the epoch, and analyzes the main contents of the thought of ecotourism of Deng Xiaoping in detail. In order to excavate its thought essence, guide contemporary Chinese ecotourism development.
