【摘要】： 当今经济发展的宏观背景可用“变动”两个字来概括，由此而引发了本文对于产业组织问题的重新思考。通过对主流产业组织理论一系列观点的置疑和对我国当前产业政策导向的思考，本文借鉴多种既有理论成果，整合形成了一个崭新的理论分析框架，即产业组织演化论。在此基础上，进而提出关于产业组织问题的另一种解释和促进产业组织升级的政策建议。新框架将产业视为由关联企业群体组成的经济系统，产业发展则是一个由自组织与设计混合作用的系统演化过程。由于人类特有的学习能力，产业系统演化既不同于机械系统的单纯的能量转换，也不同于生物系统的自然选择过程，而是在差异、选择、维持三大基本机制作用下，由个体到群体的渐进累积的环境适应过程，其间，适应性理性取代新古典主义的最大化理性而成为决策的基础。环境因素最终决定了产业系统的存亡，环境分析因而成为新框架的一个重要组成部分；产业生命周期主要是由技术与制度创新共同构成的内在动力体系所推动的；产业演化总体上呈阶段性上升过程，可体现为不同发展模式的更替，并最终以组织形式变迁为载体和表征；“网络化商业生态系统”就是对当前极具生命力的一种新型组织形式的概括，其形成表明产业演化新阶段的到来。基于这样一个演化论产业分析框架，要求政策重心从强调结构调整向关注变化过程转移，并相应地改变政策着力点。本研究的创新性主要体现在以下几个方面：采用产业组织演化论的全新视角，强调环境制约与关注产业变迁实际过程；提出一组新概念作为新框架的基础，如适应性理性、技术范式转换、制度范式转换、网络化商业生态系统等等；对产业运行机制有新的解释，如差异、选择、维持，以及由技术和制度创新所共同构成的动力机制等；最后，使用新的评价指标体系，突出系统的环境适应四J！D大学博士学位论文性行为特征。
[Abstract]:The macro-background of today's economic development can be summarized by the word "change", which leads to the re-thinking of the problem of industrial organization in this paper. Through questioning a series of mainstream industrial organization theories and reflecting on the current industrial policy orientation in China, this paper draws on a variety of existing theoretical achievements and integrates them to form a brand-new one. On the basis of the new theoretical analysis framework, i.e. the evolutionary theory of industrial organization, another explanation of industrial organization and policy suggestions for promoting the upgrading of industrial organization are put forward.
The new framework regards industry as an economic system composed of affiliated enterprise groups, and industrial development as a system evolution process in which self-organization and Design Mix together. In the process of gradual accumulation of environmental adaptation from individual to group under the three basic mechanisms of difference, choice and maintenance, adaptive rationality replaces neoclassical maximal rationality and becomes the basis of decision-making. Environmental factors ultimately determine the survival of industrial systems, and environmental analysis thus becomes an important part of the new framework. The industrial life cycle is mainly driven by the intrinsic dynamic system composed of technological and institutional innovations; the overall industrial evolution is a stage-by-stage rising process, which can be reflected in the replacement of different development models, and ultimately takes organizational form change as the carrier and characterization; "networked business ecosystem" is extremely lively for the present. Based on such an evolutionary industrial analysis framework, the policy focus should be shifted from emphasizing structural adjustment to focusing on the process of change, and the policy focus should be changed accordingly.
The innovation of this study is mainly reflected in the following aspects: from a new perspective of the theory of industrial organization evolution, environmental constraints and attention to the actual process of industrial change are emphasized; a set of new concepts are proposed as the basis of the new framework, such as adaptive rationality, technology paradigm shift, institutional paradigm shift, networked business ecosystem, etc. There are new explanations for the operational mechanism of the industry, such as differences, choices, maintenance, and the dynamic mechanism consisting of technological and institutional innovations. Finally, a new evaluation index system is used to highlight the environmental adaptation of the system.
