国外公共经济学研究的最新进展和发展趋势

【摘要】：公共经济学作为以经济学的方法研究公共部门经济行为的学科,缘起于西方市场经济实践和民主政治制度安排,西方发达国家及研究者们对促进公共经济学从理论到实践的深化给予了充分的关注,并对促进其发展发挥了重要的作用。研究并分析国外公共经济学研究的最新成果和进展,有助于更好地发现并了解世界经济、政治形势发展演进背景下,公共经济学研究范围的确定、研究方向和重点的选择以及研究方法的变迁,有助于把握和预测国外公共经济学研究前沿与发展趋势,有助于拓宽视野、开阔思路推进未来公共经济学在世界范围内更加广泛的研究与应用。
[Abstract]:Public economics, as a discipline to study the economic behavior of the public sector by the method of economics, stems from the practice of the western market economy and the arrangement of democratic political system. Western developed countries and researchers pay full attention to the deepening of public economics from theory to practice and play an important role in promoting its development. The research and analysis of the latest achievements and progress of foreign public economics research will help to better discover and understand the scope of public economics research in the context of the development and evolution of the world economy and political situation. The choice of research direction and key points and the changes of research methods are helpful to grasp and predict the research frontier and development trend of foreign public economics, and to broaden the horizons. Open-mindedness promotes the future research and application of public economics in the world.
